Resort Land & Zee is a new, modern hotel with a unique architectural design. The hotel is located across from the dunes that lead to the North Sea Beach. All rooms have large windows and a terrace. Each hotel room has a private bathroom. The restaurant and its terrace offer a splendid view of the surrounding water. Here you can enjoy breakfast, a cappuccino and even lunch or a romantic dinner. Nice Hotel. Clean, modern and pet friendly. Breakfast was good and staff all very friendly. Great location directly across the road from the beach (which has a selection of 'beach bars'). It's quite a walk from the town (Renesse is about 40+ minutes walk) so either hire a bike or drive if your not up to walking. I didn't notice any public transport but the beach was nice to walk along. Would definately book again.

We were here from Canada to visit a cousin so did not spend a lot of time on site. Everyone was very friendly and helpful since we speak no Dutch.The area is very peaceful and we enjoyed the birds- especially the ducklings on the ponds! The breakfast buffet was especially good.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Dicht bij het strand, straat over en je bent er. Schone kamer met een leuk buiten zitje. In het restaurant kun je heerlijk 's ochtends en ook 's avondspits na het diner buiten zitten. Wij hadden een arrangement met halfpension. Het ontbijt is lekker, maar wel basic. Het diner is prijs/kwaliteit voor een arrangement goed, maar wanneer je à la Carter zou eten, liggen de prijzen te hoog.

Lage, ebenerdig, Terasse (Auslauf für den Hund), Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals Bei der online-Buchung wurde ein günstiger Preis vermittelt. Zwei Tage nach der Buchung erhielten wir einen Anruf und es wurde gesagt, dass dieser Tarif nicht für Zimmer mit Hunde gilt. Ich wünsche mir eine tranparentere Preisübersicht.

De ligging en de rust van het resort. Fijn dat de hond meekon. Kamers erg klein, de bedden te hard en de sfeer in de kamers ontbrak. De uitstraling is erg oudbollig ( komt door de bruine kleur aan de buitenkant en de vermelding van kamernr ( we hadden nr 24) op de bruine deur geschreven, getuigt niet van klasse, beetje armoedig. Er zijn vast andere ( en leukere ) manieren om een kamernr aan te duiden. Ontvangst bij de receptie vond ik rommelig. Restaurant was qua design etc weloverwogen ingericht maar ik miste toch de sfeer over het algemeen.

Situé dans un parc avec étang et canards. Proche accès autoroute (avec les bruits nuisances et inconvénients que cela comporte). Mais le cadre reste agréable le soir. Pas de Piscine et sauna ou hammam dans l’hôtel....Personnel souriant et sympa. Petit déj extra pour un mangeur du matin mais peut être cher pour un café croissant....à Recommander pour famille avec enfants car c’est un complexe où il y’a 1 hôtel, 1 terrain de camping et un terrain pour les vans, et 6 mobiles home en location mais sans draps ni serviette … Le lit jumeau le manque de couvertures supplémentaires et le manque de chauffage (un chauffage au gaz butane dans la partie salon et la chambre 6m à l’autre extrémité sans chauffage..). Désagrément : le bruit de la circulation car l'hôtel est situé près d'une grand route à côté des 2 axes d’autoroute mais ce n'est qu'un inconvénient mineur….. Manque d'équipements (sèche-cheveux, draps). Connexion Wifi à 5€/H….Pas de draps.ni serviettes dans le mobile home.

Das Hotel liegt etwas Abseits von Möglichkeiten Abends andere Restaurants zu besuchen als das Hoteleigene. Die Nähe zum Strand ist gut und das Haus ingesamt sehr hundefreundlich ! Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und das versprochene WLan hat bei uns leider nicht funktoniert - wer in dem Hotel einen Regentag verbringen muss ist auf sich allein gestellt da es hier keine Möglichkeiten gibt Sauna oder Schwimmbad etc. zu benutzen. Auch fanden wir das Restaurant nicht besonders gut (Preis / Leistung geht gar nicht). Ingesamt würden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen !

Super Lage , tolles Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Schliessanlage für die Zimmertüre ist eine nervige "Spielerei"! Ein simpler Schlüssel wäre besser!

Personeel is erg vriendeljk en behulpzaam. Mooi en modern ingericht. Restaurant is erg goed. Kamer is vrij krap en de bedden zijn niet comfortabel. Uitchecken is lastig als de receptioniste er niet is.
