Resort Land & Zee is a new, modern hotel with a unique architectural design. The hotel is located across from the dunes that lead to the North Sea Beach. All rooms have large windows and a terrace. Each hotel room has a private bathroom. The restaurant and its terrace offer a splendid view of the surrounding water. Here you can enjoy breakfast, a cappuccino and even lunch or a romantic dinner. The Grevelingenmeer is located 280 yards from Resort Land & Zee. Furthermore there are various walking and biking routes in the area. Very well situated, next to the beach, the hotel is well integrated into the nature. Very friendly staff. You can rent bicycles. Small rooms (not spacious at all), with a child not enough space.Decoration of the room is not very tasty.

Prima hotel, vriendelijk en vrolijk personeel, goede kok in de keuken die diverse Zeeuwse specialiteiten op de kaart heeft gezet. Hond was eveneens zeer tevreden; 100 meter v.a. het strand! Ideaal dat alle kamers openslaande deuren hebben naar buiten zodat hij lekker op het grasveld kon liggen. En maar loeren op de fazanten en konijnen die zich vertoonden op de parkeerplaats...

Het personeel was vriendelijk en altijd paraat. De kamers zijn alle op het gelijkvloers gelegen en bieden door hun stevige muren goeie privacy. De kamer had een terras, maar spijtig zat het weer wat tegen om er tenvolle van te kunnen genieten. Het ontbijt was smakelijk. De parking was ruim genoeg. Huisdieren zijn toegestaan en zelfs welkom ! Kamer was misschien toch wel iets te juist bemeten. Desondanks de kleine ruimte duurde het vrij lang tot de kamer wat warmer werd en eigenlijk hebben we het er nooit echt warm gehad. Het zenderaanbod is toch wel vreemd: zoveel Nederlandse zenders, zoveel Duitse zenders, maar één Vlaamse zender, geen Franstalige zender: toch wel onevenwichtig. De prijs voor een huisdier is aan de hoge kant.

Erg prettig hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Zeer schone moderne kamers, voor een weekend prima, voor langer verblijf wel vrij kleine kamers. Fijne schone en ruime badkamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. Ideaal gelegen, vlak bij zee en prima uitgangspunt voor avtiviteiten van stedentrip tot buitenactiviteiten. Ons is het heel goed bevallen, wij zouden hier zeker nog eens terug gaan.

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir erst sehr spät im Hotel ankamen. Versehentlich hatten wir unseren Hund nicht angemeldet. Die sehr freundliche MItarbeiterin hat aber im Handumdrehen alles veranlasst, damit unser Hund auch mit ins Hotelzimmer konnte. Dafür ganz herzlichen Dank!!! Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!

Mooie ruime kamer met eigen terras en luxe badkamer.Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Ontbijt met heerlijke broodjes en ruime keuze en groot assortiment beleg en overige etenswaren.Ruime parkeerplaats. geen tweepersoonsbed maar twee eenpersoonsbedden naast elkaar.
