Location and cleanliness

Lack of tea making facilities

Location was great. Breakfast was great. staff very nice,friendly and helpful.

Room needed an update, the carpeting was pretty worn with stains. Very noisy where room was located. Since no air conditioning had to close windows because we were located in an alley way and room became stuffy with slight odor. Bathroom shower curtain was moldy.

Everything was clean.

The room was tiny.

The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to help you.

This hotel is perfectly located for walks around the Centrum Ring and to access museums. Close to many restaurants and shopping as well as key sights. Awesome foyer and staff were ready to take us early.

Room was a bit small but adequate for one night. As we were flying out very early in the morning, we could not attend breakfast but staff indicated they would have a traveller ready for us to pick up. When I checked on it the evening before, it had not been ordered and could not be prepared for us. Not major, but disappointing that not delivered as promised.

Double room small , bed up against wall, low ceiling. Fire stairs through kitchen. Lift only option to gain access to room. Buffet breakfast average . No tea/ coffee making facilties - available via machine in foyer , if u pay. Tv reception poor. Couldn't wait to leave. Poor value despite location .

Light bright room. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Central for tourism spots.

Breakfast was good for 3* hotel. Location is superb. Staff most of time friendly.

Steep stairs!

Location was excellent. Steps from Dam Square. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included within room cost.

The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere. The staff were excellent, the man at the desk in the evening recommended a restaurant( ?van Kerkwijk) just near the hotel, which was one of the best meals we had on our trip, and it was incredibly reasonable in price. The other staff we dealt with were fun, and courteous, and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the wifi worked well. I would love to return one day.

The room was on the street side and the noise of parties and youth running and screaming down the street until 5am was not worth the price I paid. The room should be priced at $70. per night not $200.

From the second we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The room was big and clean, we had a bath and shower. The beds were clean and comfy. The location was superb, dam square on the doorstep. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, just off Dam square. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with free WiFi connection. The breakfast choice is very good. Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

The location of towel rack was too high for me and easier to reach for much taller people.

The hotel was in an excellent location, and for the price you coldn't beat it. We had a nice quiet room on the inside court yard top floor, as recommended by the front desk staff. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and replenished constantly. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgable. Would definatly stay here again

Only complaint would be the beds were a bit soft, and they could use some new pillows.

Buffet breakfasts were terrific. Room was clean and tidy, bathroom modern and well-functioning.

We stayed a week -- there's insufficient shelf space or dresser to which to unpack a suitcase. A 4-drawer dresser in the room would be a small investment and a welcome addition. Also, the rooms aren't air-conditioned. It was cool in Amsterdam during our week there, but in hot summer weather the lack of A/C could make the place uncomfortable.

Location location location! Near to everything. Few steps to dam square. The staff are helpful & there is receptionist very entertaining! Room is spacious & clean, lift is very useful even a little bit slow. Will recommend to friends. I hv a room with aircond, useful during summer.

Nothing really - this hotel is all about the location and the value for money against other hotels in the area, On that criteria it succeeds.....
