ロケーションは最高です。朝ごはんも十分。 防音対策がちゃんとされていないようで、上の階の音や、外の音がかなり大きく聞こえます。バスルームに暖房設備がなく、寒かったです。 |

地の利が良い。ホテルスタッフはとても親切。食事は美味しかったです。 帰路は依頼をフロントにすると近くのホテル前から空港までの乗り合いバスの予約を入れてくれて タクシーよりも安い料金で空港まで行くことが出来ました。 部屋の掃除が不十分。備品を毎日補充して欲しかった。お茶の設備が部屋にほしかった。 |

インターネットが使えるのは屋根裏部屋だけ。屋根裏部屋はエアコンがなく、窓からは屋根しか見えない。ただ、ロケーションは街の中心部で最高。 部屋にはゴミ箱がなく、何度も用意してくれるようにたのんだが、返事だけで結局用意してくれなかった。全体に、サービスはよくない。 |

中央駅から徒歩圏内。無線ＬＡＮも無料で使用可能。 今回泊まった部屋は，機械か何かの不快な騒音が夜中じゅうずっとしていて，よく眠れなかった。クレームをつけたが，別の部屋が満席で変更してもらえなかった。騒音がなければ全く問題ない。 |

the hotel was really closed to the center. The room was big but really noisy. It was downstair near the garage and you should open three doors passing throught the garage to get to the room. |

Conveniently located, nice breakfast selection. Room was very warm (mid-June) - no air-conditioning in the rooms although public areas seemed to be cool. |

The staff were helpful efficant and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the central location of the hotel is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. |

centrally situated 1 minute fra Dom Suare, located in a quiet street and surprisingly undisturbed by the tourist drag. Friendly staff Nothing we didn't like. Shower pressure was lower than what we are used to. As smokers we would have liked somewhere outside - the street becomes quite cluttered with dog ends as there wasn't any ashtray - this is not a criticism, merely an observation. |

The hotel is situated very central near the Dam plaza, but still, it was very quiet at night. The room was simple, but clean and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. Internet is provided for free. The tram line 4 directly goes to the conference centre of Amsterdam (RAI) in about 20 minutes. Do something with the showers....they are either scaldingly hot or very cold (at least in my room). |

central location; walking distance to everywhere; breakfast included in the price; good value for money couldn't make wi-fi to work in the room -- and they still use this old login/password setup, where you have to get a slip from the reception. I mean, since they're not charging any more, what's the point? |

The service was excellent. The complimentry breakfast after 3 nights was very good and a very nice eating room. My wife and I were comfortable staying here. The floor carpet in the room was very stained and should be cleaned or replaced. The door on the shower/tub would leak water on the floor and should be adjusted to prevent a problem. |
