The hotel is centrally located, served by two tram lines in a quiet area, if you like walking, its 15 minutes walk to Dam square! I got a single room, but it was very small, fortunately I am minimal in suitcase, so, I got by! |

The location of the hotel, which is very accessible to all major sights and attractions. The room, although small was clean and cozy. The design and decor of the hotel-very modern and chic. The room, particularly the bathroom was extremely small. |

The hotel was in a convenient location to the attractions we wanted to see. It was too dark - black ceilings and black carpet. Also the shower did not have a divider from the rest of the bathroom, and because of the poor drainage, the entire bathroom floor was always wet. |

The hotel was comfortable and clean, in the heart of the museum area, and the staff were all knowledgeable and very helpful. The one negative review we read did not apply to our visit, it was great! |

The friendly attitude of the staff, simplicity and cleaness adding the good location of the hotel at the edge of the Museums square and at a walking distance from the city centre. The Internet, it was horrible....and no towel hangers in the shower rooms. |

The stay was nice. 1 min walking distance from all main museums and very close to shopping area. A very nice park is very near. Tram connection is perfect but center is reachible on foot (10-15 min) Single room is small with small bed but it looks like all single room in Amsterdam are like that. |

Location! Very small room, bathroom with no bathtub, no air conditioning, internet connection very unstable, no coffee maker in the room, no hairdryer. Very simple, but expensive for what you get. |

Nice rooms, design style, of course the single is small but that's amsterdam! Bathroom in single rooms is not so stylish with black stones like in pictures but it worked properly! Nice staff, they allow you to leave the bags at reception after check-out. Position is great. I got also a discounted offer for the room on booking, so it was not expensive! Very positive, the elevator for the 5th floor! It's true that in summer (August) the small single room are a little warm.. there is no air condition. I opened the window and there is some noise outside (traffic and so on..) but nothing terrible in my house is worse! so I slept very well! In the bathroom the shower is separate only by a tent.. so water flowed a little around the bathroom.. |

My eyes are not very good, so the TVscreen hung from the ceiling was too far and small to watch. |

It was sufficiently clean, there was a free computer for internet use. The decor was reasonably recent. The staff were quite helpful. There was a lounge and drinks machine. The lampshades were black, and there was not enough light, this might be ok for romantics but not for me. I thought it was overpriced, but then all mid summer hotels in Amsterdam are over priced. The room was too hot at night and I note other travellers had similar problems. I would urge the hotlel to buy fans, not expensive and if you are going to call yourselves a hotel, its only fair to make it comfortable. |
