Esta en muy buena zona, el lado de la museumplace. En el baño de la habitacion doble no hay plato de ducha y se sale el agua por todo el baño y no hay secador, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas estaba un poco flojo. Nos hicieron pagar una especie de fianza que todavia no nos han devuelto y ya hace una semana que estuvimos. |

La zona en que se ubica. Servicios infimos. Habitacion pequeña para tres personas. Baño viejo y muy pequeño, no habia ni para colgar las toallas. En adelante desconfiaremos de los hoteles que no ofrezcan fotos de las habitaciones,aunque este habia fotos pero no se correspondian con la realidad. |

Helpfulness of staff and nearby facilities for dining and touring. A light switch control at the room entrance for an overhead light would have been helpful upon entering the room during evening hours. |

I had booked a round trip on the hotel shuttel, but the shuttlel did not show up! The desk clerck called they told him the shuttel had broken down, so he called a taxi. At the airport I went to the Connexions desk where they refunded my return ticket. Then they checked the reservation for my return and told me it was not in the computer, so I don,t know what happened with the shuttel! |

On the plus side the Internet access is free. And surprisingly fast. I am sure the hotel will appeal to the budget-conscious traveller out to sample Amsterdams' vices. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The pics on the site were very deceiving. The hotel rooms are small and pokey. Intiallly I asked for a room on the top floor but I forgot that here in Europe the top floor means you are living in the roof with low ceilings and no space. :-( So changed to one floor down. But the room was still very uncomfortable. I tried checking out the next day but they require 48hrs notice. |

The location is great, very quiet area, 2 min walk from the entrance of the Rijksmuseum. Good quality and value for money. Room was small but had everything you need with a simple and modern decoration. |
