Location in Amsterdam, new hotel for young people, possibility to pre- book breaksfast at preferred rate, scooter renting available Very small room, no space at all in the bathroom, rooms are a bit noisy |

Everything, we have a great room in the corener which view the great street. The hotel is close by to all places we needed. The cleaner is a bit slow, and several time we need to call her to clean and change the towels. |

Excellent location on a quiet street but very close to the action with free Internet! Creaking floors and small room but both are tolerable. |

The hotel was close to the two big museums and shopping corridors, in a posh neighborhood. And the hotel lobby looked pretty. The hotel´s quality is below what I expect for 3-star European hotels. They didn´t handle my "lost" reservation appropriately. The noise level from the halls (guests & cleaning crew) was disappointing. The blankets and shower floor were disgusting. The room was like a cave, hot and dark. No telephone in the room and room safe didn´t work. |

Helpfulness of staff and nearby facilities for dining and touring. A light switch control at the room entrance for an overhead light would have been helpful upon entering the room during evening hours. |

I had booked a round trip on the hotel shuttel, but the shuttlel did not show up! The desk clerck called they told him the shuttel had broken down, so he called a taxi. At the airport I went to the Connexions desk where they refunded my return ticket. Then they checked the reservation for my return and told me it was not in the computer, so I don,t know what happened with the shuttel! |

On the plus side the Internet access is free. And surprisingly fast. I am sure the hotel will appeal to the budget-conscious traveller out to sample Amsterdams' vices. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The pics on the site were very deceiving. The hotel rooms are small and pokey. Intiallly I asked for a room on the top floor but I forgot that here in Europe the top floor means you are living in the roof with low ceilings and no space. :-( So changed to one floor down. But the room was still very uncomfortable. I tried checking out the next day but they require 48hrs notice. |

The location is great, very quiet area, 2 min walk from the entrance of the Rijksmuseum. Good quality and value for money. Room was small but had everything you need with a simple and modern decoration. |
