Sentralt beliggende

Vi bestilte tremannsrom og de hadde bare satt inn en ekstraseng på et vanlig dobbeltrom. Resultat: Altfor trangt. Svært dårlig belysning på rommet. Synes at hotellets presentasjon på internett ikke samsvarer med virkeligheten. Og bildene på internettsidene av badene stemmer i alle fall ikke. Jeg kommer aldri til å anbefale et hotell som lyver slik i sin presentasjon.

Det var reint og pent.Det var ikke mye støy fra andre boende.Men badet på rommet var lite!Dårlig med sirkulering av luft i sove avd.Ps.dere hadde gjort en feil med bookinga våres.Dere hadde booket to doble rom!Dette ble ordnet opp i noen dager før,da jeg var i Amsterdam først.

Var litt designaktig og det lå i et ganske bra strøk, kort gangvei til en lang rekke attraksjoner.

Internetttilkoblingen var helt ubrukelig!

Frokosten var god med bra utvalg. Spesielt med champagne til frokost! Bra beliggenhet i forhold til bysentrum.

Det hadde gjort seg med litt bedre belysning både i korridorene og på rommet. Også renholdet på rommet var lite tilfredstillende.

The area the hotel is in is excellent for designer shopping or in my case window shopping. It is easy for getting around the city. The hotel staff were extremely helpful at all times. The beds are very comfortable. the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Continental breakfast was very good and also set at sensible times.

The color scheme of the decor made the rooms very very dark, the wardrobe was so dark we had to use the light on our phones to see antything inside and to use the safe. The areas outside the lifts were also very dark and the lighting here should be improved upon as soon as possible as the lifts are directly situated next to the staircase!! We expected tea/coffee facilities to be available with out charge. We were a party of 3 couples 2 rooms were standard size however the third was very small, yet we all payed the same price. that couple were very disappointed indeed.

single room is really too small. twin is better, only eur10 more. breakfast is in basement without any windows, kinda weird. tv is too small, like little box, so flatscreen sellling point does not count plus it is mounted high on the wall and i could not read or see anything properly.

The hotel was clean, staff extremely proffessional, friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed in was a single but had all the neccesary facilities and was designed to give a very cozy feeling. I am very impressed with the value for money and the exceeding positive experience not only by the hotel but especially by the hotel staff. I would definetely choose to stay at RobertRamon again.

The only thing I would have changed in the hotel would be the price of the breakfast.

Location was excellent, bedrooms can be hit and miss - ask for a corner room!

The hotel was in a convenient location to the attractions we wanted to see.

It was too dark - black ceilings and black carpet. Also the shower did not have a divider from the rest of the bathroom, and because of the poor drainage, the entire bathroom floor was always wet.

The friendly attitude of the staff, simplicity and cleaness adding the good location of the hotel at the edge of the Museums square and at a walking distance from the city centre.

The Internet, it was horrible....and no towel hangers in the shower rooms.

Room sizes are small but most Amsterdam hotel rooms are small.
