Hotel ROBERTRAMON

Det bästa var helt klart läget på hotelltet och servicen på personalen i receptionen, de var väldigt hjälpsamma. Frukosten var helt ok.

Lite väl små och mörka rum. Badrummen behöver renoveras. Väldigt hårda kuddar.

Hotellet hade bekväma sängar, välfungerande Wifi och mycket vänlig personal. Läget är perfekt bredvid Rijksmuseum, kort väg till spårvagnshållsplatsen.

Ingen luftkondtionering, rummet var mycket litet och badummet var inte riktigt fungerande (mycket vatten på golvet efter duschen)

Läget, nära Vonderpark och både språvagn, buss och båttaxi. Skön säng

Det var oerhört hett och kvavt i rummet, på gränsen till outhärdligt. Sommarsolen låg på mot fönstren/rummet hela eftermiddagen. Behov av AC? Damen i frukostmatsalen borde gå en charmkurs.

Hotellet låg centralt, personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam

Vi fick ett väldigt litet rum och ingen gardrob eller någon annan möjlighet att hänga upp kläder. Unken lukt kom emellanåt från badrummet. Frukosten serverades i källaren i ett vädigt litet och varmt rum

Bra läge, bra kostnad.

Bygge I huset bredvid, mycket oljud tidigt på morgon. Kunde inte sova ut pga av detta.

The area the hotel is in is excellent for designer shopping or in my case window shopping. It is easy for getting around the city. The hotel staff were extremely helpful at all times. The beds are very comfortable. the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Continental breakfast was very good and also set at sensible times.

The color scheme of the decor made the rooms very very dark, the wardrobe was so dark we had to use the light on our phones to see antything inside and to use the safe. The areas outside the lifts were also very dark and the lighting here should be improved upon as soon as possible as the lifts are directly situated next to the staircase!! We expected tea/coffee facilities to be available with out charge. We were a party of 3 couples 2 rooms were standard size however the third was very small, yet we all payed the same price. that couple were very disappointed indeed.

single room is really too small. twin is better, only eur10 more. breakfast is in basement without any windows, kinda weird. tv is too small, like little box, so flatscreen sellling point does not count plus it is mounted high on the wall and i could not read or see anything properly.

The hotel was clean, staff extremely proffessional, friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed in was a single but had all the neccesary facilities and was designed to give a very cozy feeling. I am very impressed with the value for money and the exceeding positive experience not only by the hotel but especially by the hotel staff. I would definetely choose to stay at RobertRamon again.

The only thing I would have changed in the hotel would be the price of the breakfast.

Location was excellent, bedrooms can be hit and miss - ask for a corner room!

The hotel was in a convenient location to the attractions we wanted to see.

It was too dark - black ceilings and black carpet. Also the shower did not have a divider from the rest of the bathroom, and because of the poor drainage, the entire bathroom floor was always wet.
