Hotel Roemer Amsterdam

I really like the design of the hotel and I prepaid first and I got upgrade to executive rm.I love the room with balcony and the garden, also the little lounge is warm and has personal taste which I like very much.

The room has all the facilities that 4 stars hotel required in that small room however there are no menu or instructions that tells you how to use them.There are some design mistake like the shower doors are hanged too high which water may spread out. and the vanity has almost no space for my personal stuffs, need a little shelve on side.

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with generous portions. The room was clean and comfortable.

I paid extra for a Deluxe room. This was in the basement. From 4am onwards I was kept awake by people passing outside the window and then people coming down for breakfast. Room service finishes at 10pm which means that, if you arrive late as I did, there is no food.

Very nice bathroom, solid Dutch design sense.

A little more style than substance, and not as much style as I expected.

Would definitely revisit. Large rooms, quiet, plush, and high tech, fine location right next to Vondel Park and the museums.

Good location close to the museums. Rooms modern and all incusive rate excellent value. Staff helpful.

Breakfast area too small only seating at a table for 12 people at one time, only one table for 4 people we had to wait for table each morning in an area which could not accommodate us.

Fairly noisy in the morning, banging and crashing which i assume was the breakfast staff or the maids.

Great location, incredibly nice and helpful staff, almost everyone spoke perfect English, facility very nice if a little small overall.

Too expensive on the "premium" nights of 12/30 and 12/31

Roemer is a splendid hotel with excellent amenities. We had the all-inclusive arrangement and loved it. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but still close to all the sights.

all inclusive formula (drinks) offered by the hotel .. Bar staff was really nice , and will make you feel at home ...great location on a quiet street lovely rooms if you like contemporary style

Our room was on the grounf floor and very nice but could hear all noise coming from the kichten/breakafast too early in the morning for a romantic we !!!

Inclusive breakfasts: did not offer alot of choice other than that our stay was fantastic.
