Hotel Roemer Amsterdam

Compramos una oferta que incluía el desayuno. la habitación estupenda con una terraza a un patio de manzana y que resultaba muy agradable. El camarero que nos atendía en los desayunos muy atento.El hotel nos gustó mucho y la ubicación a pesar de no estar en los canales, estaba muy céntrico y en una zona muy tranquila.

Se traían un lío con las toallas de baño.Cuando llegamos solo había una de baño al día siguiente dos después una....

Cobran 10 euros por cada hora que hagas el check-in antes de las 15h. Me dijeron que internet wi-fi estaba incluido en la habitación, me dieron el password sin pedirlo, y luego me cobraron 10 euros por día aunque reconociendo que se habían equivocado al decirme que era gratis.

The hotel is a relaxing place to stay - all inclusive which is great. Staff are helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for everything.

I really like the design of the hotel and I prepaid first and I got upgrade to executive rm.I love the room with balcony and the garden, also the little lounge is warm and has personal taste which I like very much.

The room has all the facilities that 4 stars hotel required in that small room however there are no menu or instructions that tells you how to use them.There are some design mistake like the shower doors are hanged too high which water may spread out. and the vanity has almost no space for my personal stuffs, need a little shelve on side.

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with generous portions. The room was clean and comfortable.

I paid extra for a Deluxe room. This was in the basement. From 4am onwards I was kept awake by people passing outside the window and then people coming down for breakfast. Room service finishes at 10pm which means that, if you arrive late as I did, there is no food.

Very nice bathroom, solid Dutch design sense.

A little more style than substance, and not as much style as I expected.

Would definitely revisit. Large rooms, quiet, plush, and high tech, fine location right next to Vondel Park and the museums.
