La macchina del caffè in camera è stata utilissima. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia della camera due o anche tre volte al giorno, impeccabile. Bel balcone sul giardino. E' un po' caro, ma, del resto, tutto è caro, ad Amsterdam. La sala per la colazione ha pochi tavoli, quindi alla mattina si aspetta anche per un quarto d'ora che se ne liberi uno. |

The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The hotel was quiet, on a quiet street, though not far from major museums. I liked the buffet breakfast, and internet access. |

the staff were very helpful and service was good 90 percent of the timewould certainly return bedrooms just a little bit tired a small splah of paint and carpet shampoo would make this hotel 100 percent great |

Whenever we needed something we had immediate response from the staff & when i was returning back to the room from my morning walk over Amsterdam, the only thing that was proving i entered the right room was my suitcase. Very clean. |

Would definitely revisit. Large rooms, quiet, plush, and high tech, fine location right next to Vondel Park and the museums. |

Good location close to the museums. Rooms modern and all incusive rate excellent value. Staff helpful. Breakfast area too small only seating at a table for 12 people at one time, only one table for 4 people we had to wait for table each morning in an area which could not accommodate us. |

Friendly modern boutique hotel which we booked with an inclusive rate.. which was excellent value The breakfast room was very limited onlyl seated 12 people at any one time which incurred a lot of waiting for a table. |

Great location, incredibly nice and helpful staff, almost everyone spoke perfect English, facility very nice if a little small overall. Too expensive on the "premium" nights of 12/30 and 12/31 |

All staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were always readt to assistand be helpful even after we had checked out and returned on a particularly cold morning and returned to collect our luggage - offering warm drinks and the fireside until our taxi arrived. Exceptional in this day and age. |

Roemer is a splendid hotel with excellent amenities. We had the all-inclusive arrangement and loved it. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but still close to all the sights. |

The unexpected free upgrade of our original room booking, the warm and friendly staff. The comfort of the room and the lounge area, the all inclusive mini bar and drinks lounge. The sperate matrasses and duvet covers for what is ment to be a double bed. The breakfast could of been a lot more inventive and match the quality of the nice dinner we had. |

all inclusive formula (drinks) offered by the hotel .. Bar staff was really nice , and will make you feel at home ...great location on a quiet street lovely rooms if you like contemporary style Our room was on the grounf floor and very nice but could hear all noise coming from the kichten/breakafast too early in the morning for a romantic we !!! |

Second time here, great location, bed, and bathroom. Big bath. Room on the small side (King) but abundance of daylight, big windows and balcony compensated more than enough. |

I liked the idea of free of charge bar and mini bar, and free snacks in the afternoon. Very coisy! and nice stuff The size of room was not like I expected , it was little smaller |
