Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Quiet and mature atmosphere. Clean and cosy interior. Perfectly situated. The "all inclusive" was worth the price. We had 3 breakfast meals at the hotel. 2 of them were perfect, but the 3rd one was a total disaster. Absolutely nothing worked. It was probably just one of those days. We all have a few of them. |

Our executive room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking the garden. Their all-in deal (which includes a good breakfast and free drinks in the room and at the bar) is a great concept and made our stay all the more pleasurable. All in all, very good value for money. If you don't put the 'do not disturb' sign outside your door, the staff tend to barge in unannounced! |

The placement of the hotel is great. Right in the heart of the Amsterdam. I would add some breakfast tables, because we need to wait for a while because there's no any available at the moment. |

Breakfast, Mini bar at the room and Hotel room was include in the price. The balcony room, the atmosphere. The size of the room too small and dosen't meet to your website information. There was no practical work space and sitting area with comfortable sofa. |

This is a very charming boutique hotel with a friendly, caring staff in an excellent location. It is 3 minutes from the south end of the Canal Belt, and a 5 minute walk from the Museumsplein. The design is clever, contemporary and friendly, and the "all-inclusive" policy creates a relaxed, "feel at home" mood. Over Easter weekend, the quality of the hotel (in terms of fit and finish and space) simply didn't match the rates I paid. As mentioned in other reviews, our room (23) was very small. I would suggest calling and discussion options before booking if things like space to sit at a table in the room are important to you. This is a hotel I want to rave about, but in all honesty, can't. |
