Hotellet utmärkt, trevlig personal, utmärkt städning, frukosten bra vi fick be extra om ost och skinka vilket var bra då det fanns i kylen och inte stod framme och blev kletigt. Hotellet låg centralt och ändå inte i city lugnt och fridfullt! Möjligen att de byter handdukar varje dag! Då vi bara låg 3 nätter kändes det onödigt! |

I really like the design of the hotel and I prepaid first and I got upgrade to executive rm.I love the room with balcony and the garden, also the little lounge is warm and has personal taste which I like very much. The room has all the facilities that 4 stars hotel required in that small room however there are no menu or instructions that tells you how to use them.There are some design mistake like the shower doors are hanged too high which water may spread out. and the vanity has almost no space for my personal stuffs, need a little shelve on side. |

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with generous portions. The room was clean and comfortable. I paid extra for a Deluxe room. This was in the basement. From 4am onwards I was kept awake by people passing outside the window and then people coming down for breakfast. Room service finishes at 10pm which means that, if you arrive late as I did, there is no food. |

The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The hotel was quiet, on a quiet street, though not far from major museums. I liked the buffet breakfast, and internet access. |

Whenever we needed something we had immediate response from the staff & when i was returning back to the room from my morning walk over Amsterdam, the only thing that was proving i entered the right room was my suitcase. Very clean. |

Good location close to the museums. Rooms modern and all incusive rate excellent value. Staff helpful. Breakfast area too small only seating at a table for 12 people at one time, only one table for 4 people we had to wait for table each morning in an area which could not accommodate us. |

Friendly modern boutique hotel which we booked with an inclusive rate.. which was excellent value The breakfast room was very limited onlyl seated 12 people at any one time which incurred a lot of waiting for a table. |

Great location, incredibly nice and helpful staff, almost everyone spoke perfect English, facility very nice if a little small overall. Too expensive on the "premium" nights of 12/30 and 12/31 |

All staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were always readt to assistand be helpful even after we had checked out and returned on a particularly cold morning and returned to collect our luggage - offering warm drinks and the fireside until our taxi arrived. Exceptional in this day and age. |

Roemer is a splendid hotel with excellent amenities. We had the all-inclusive arrangement and loved it. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but still close to all the sights. |

The unexpected free upgrade of our original room booking, the warm and friendly staff. The comfort of the room and the lounge area, the all inclusive mini bar and drinks lounge. The sperate matrasses and duvet covers for what is ment to be a double bed. The breakfast could of been a lot more inventive and match the quality of the nice dinner we had. |

all inclusive formula (drinks) offered by the hotel .. Bar staff was really nice , and will make you feel at home ...great location on a quiet street lovely rooms if you like contemporary style Our room was on the grounf floor and very nice but could hear all noise coming from the kichten/breakafast too early in the morning for a romantic we !!! |
