levélben előre jeleztem az érkezés időpontját, és kérésemre korábban elfoglalhattuk a szobánkat a kért emeleten. A központi elhelyezkedés igaz, gyalogosan minden 5-8 percen belül elérhető. A lemondási díjat levonták a bankszámlámról az utazás előtt 4 nappal, és az utazás után 6 nappal még nem érkezett vissza az összeg. Ez gyakorlatilag azt jelenti, hogy a szállásdíj 20%-át kamatmentesen használja a hotel már több mint 2 hete. |

location There's too cold in a room. The room was very small. There isn't tray in a bathroom so don't forget flip-flops. Bad smell from bathroom. Noisy inside because of building subway. |

The convenience to everything, the staff and the excellent breakfast Not that you go to watch TV, but when relaxing after a busy day it would be nice to get reception on more then one or 2 channels,that could have just been in our room, but that was the only thing that was not 100%, so no complaints, would stay there again. |

Nice friendly welcome by the staff, nice room with good shower and great view at the street outside, free internet access, and it is in the heart of Amsterdam!!! Breakfast only until 10:30 ;-) impossible to catch on a party weekend ;-D |

The hotel was what every hotel should be. it was clean,bright and the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Any queries I had were answered in a polite and helpful manner and the wifi working excellently without any problems. |
