Rent och fräscht badrum. God frukost med bra utbud. Bra med fri internet-uppkoppling (dock fungerade det inte från rummet som det enligt uppgift skulle göra). Väldigt noisy. Vaknade av oljud på gatan utanför liksom andra hotellgäster i korridoren utanför rummet som förde oljud mitt i natten. Be om ett rum som inte ligger utåt gatan, det är mitt råd! |

Sängarna var bra. Gav en möjlighet att sova en god natt. Eftersom jag använder rullstol så anser jag att personalen hade kunnat ge en hjälpande hand ibland men det hände aldrig. |

You can find basic facility in the hotel and hotel room, with walking distances to major tourist spots in the city centre. Similar hotels nearby may cost you less than the daily rental at eur97. |

Friendly efficient reception staff, clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast. The Rokin is in an excellent location, for a sort city break in Amsterdam. |

location There's too cold in a room. The room was very small. There isn't tray in a bathroom so don't forget flip-flops. Bad smell from bathroom. Noisy inside because of building subway. |

The convenience to everything, the staff and the excellent breakfast Not that you go to watch TV, but when relaxing after a busy day it would be nice to get reception on more then one or 2 channels,that could have just been in our room, but that was the only thing that was not 100%, so no complaints, would stay there again. |

Good hotel. Clean, very good breakfeast (the best out of 5 big cities we have been), price is ok for Amsterdan. Location is good, I recomend. |

Nice friendly welcome by the staff, nice room with good shower and great view at the street outside, free internet access, and it is in the heart of Amsterdam!!! Breakfast only until 10:30 ;-) impossible to catch on a party weekend ;-D |

The reception staff was so kind and helpful. If I go again to Amsterdam, I would prefer this hotel again. Breakfast could be better. |

The staff were most helpfull with anything we asked of them. The location is amazing, everthing is nearby. It is a 2-3 star by north American standards. |

The hotel was what every hotel should be. it was clean,bright and the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Any queries I had were answered in a polite and helpful manner and the wifi working excellently without any problems. |
