Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä, kaikki muutenkin nettisivujen antamien odotusten mukaista. Wc:n lattia oli hassusti tehty, kaikki suihkusta roiskuva vesi ei päässyt valumaan lattiakaivoon, vaan jäi lattialle lammikoksi juuri pöntön ja lavuaarin kohdille. |

Our room was a beautiful attic room with a beamed ceiling and a very trendy shower room,also the chaps running the place were very friendly and helpful.Really funky breakfast room too. It's a long climb up very steep stairs,but a small price to pay for a great view |

Our room was very modern, bright, the wet room was great. Big screen TV, hairdryer included. The beds were so comfortable.The owner made us feel very welcome. There was no traffic noise during the night. Breakfast was informal with a great selection. Anyone who moans about the stairs in Amsterdam, should stay at home, this is what Amsterdam hotels are all about. |

Not alot, the bathroom was nice I suppose. It was dirty, the glasses in the bathroom had the reamins of someone else's toothpaste in. The windows did not keep out the traffic noise, there was no lobby, reception was on the first floor. |

One of the breakfast-staff was very helpfull. No information what at all, no phone numbers, no way to contact staff (tried the bell at the hall, with no response), no information on what to do in case of an emergency or other problems. The room was not cleaned (only once at my request), running out of clean towels and toilet paper. |

the bed the fact that we were not informed that there was a change of ownership and that the building was undergoing a renovation. breakfast was only available delivered to the room, which was problematic as there was really no place to eat it the only table being very small. breakfast for a bed and breakfast was very, very basic and coffee/tea make your own instant coffee. no maid service. |

Excellent location.The breakfast atmosphere was like at home. The land-lady is very kind. The bathroom-toilet should has more privacy. The room is only for 2 persons, and it should be advertised as so. The room was too small with an extra bed put for a child. |

Lovely old building and well decorated. The room on the first floor on the back is quite. The light at the hotel entrance outside could have been better. It was a bit difficult to find the bell. |
