Dining room was very average

Very poor place for senior guests No hot water for shower No hold bars for getting in and out of shower. No mat for solid grip

The hotel staff are friendly ! Food was very good ! We both had a very peaceful and relaxing time ! We hired bikes and enjoyed using the spa facilities .

The only bad thing I could say is the jacuzzi and pool were very cold ! Most disappointed with jacuzzi !

We Stayed for one night and found the staff to be very pleasent and helpful the rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a scenic view. We dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent, highly recomend.

Excellent facilties. However the hotel has a policy of no complementary upgrades even when all of their better rooms are available and its late enough that there is no possibility to sell those rooms. I find these types of plicies ridiculous in terms of customer satisfaction. PS: I have 6 days eft on my business trip and I loved the hotel's facilities. But based on their inability to satisfy a customer in terms of *anything*, I have moved out and they have lost 6 nights from me as well as any future business. I have moved into another same stars hotel in the vicinity that gave me a 3 class upgrade for free;Excellent.

Staff at front desk needs to be replaced. One lady at reception feels that every request is a huge chore! I asked her simply to give me the names of massage places in the nearby town (a simple lookup and print request that any other hotel can easily do). She called my room an hour later, stating that her in -house masssage person was free that night. This is after I explained that I tried him and would not use him again. Even tasks such as issuing a new key card since I left mine in the room, received rolling eyeballs and grunts! Service wise I think 1 star is too generous. PS: I spend 330 days a year in hotel rooms.

The hotel has spacious, comfortable rooms (we were a family of 3) and nice spa facilies + gym. There are 4 saunas, a whirlpool and a swimming pool. The restaurant offers really good quality food, but the atmosphere is a bit dull, mainly because of attitude of the personnel.

The hotel looks like an old sanatorium and the "look and feel" could be modernised. The restaurant offers a great variety of food, but the personnel is arrogant. We wanted to eat something from the small menu (at 21 hrs) and we were directed to a table without table cloth and glasses. When we finally set at a covered table, like all other guests, we received breakfast size cutlery to eat our rib eye (which was on the small menu!). Other guests who ordered the same rib eye but from the normal size menu received steak knives. The comment was that we choose to eat something from the small menu... Very disappointing that guests who don't want to eat a full set menu are not valued properly.

Spa facilities are good although the pool needs a bit of work.

It feels very much like a conference hotel. We arrived and all bars and lounges were hired for a conference leaving us no where else to relax other than in our room, the reception lounge or somewhere else. The quality of the breakfast was poor. Also curious why breakfast was served in a room with blind windows whilst the hotel has got a nice restaurant and terrace overlooking the property. This is a beautiful part of Holland but there a better hotels to choose from if you want to stay in this area.

A fine hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained, there are good leisure facilities, staff are helpful and the breakfast enjoyable. A perfect hotel in good weather when you can make the most of the country setting,

A beautiful country location. The public areas are elegant and comfortable. The standard rooms are more than acceptable with all the usual facilities. Good spa area with 3 types of sauna. Breakfast selection was not the biggest, but featured very fresh, high quality products. This is a hotel we will be returning to.

The restaurant was pricey. Swimming pool is rather small.

Ontbijt: lekker en vriendelijke bediening

Geen zeep, dispenser kapot, receptie nam dit niet serieus.

Heerlijk bed, midden in de natuur, prima ontbijt en standaard op iedere kamer een bad. Uitgebreide wellness met 3 sauna's en een Turks stoombad. Stille omgeving en fietsen om door de prachtige omgeving te fietsen.

Het was nu niet heel erg druk, maar kan me voorstellen dat als het hotel vol is, de ontbijtcapaciteiten onvoldoende zijn. Het brood bij het ontbijt is niet vers. En bij de wellness zou het handig zijn om een goeie afscheiding te maken tussen het zwemgedeelte en het saunagedeelte zodat je ongestoord kunt genieten zonder badkleding in de sauna.

-Medewerkers geven je het ultieme gastgevoel; zeer servicegericht -Mooie omgeving -Goed eten en drinken (daarbij ook inbegrepen de goede kwaliteit van de taarten) -Kleine zwembad en stoomcabines 'om de hoek' van de kamers

-Geen gratis WIFI -De computer voor het gratis internet bij de receptie was defect -kluisje in de kamer was defect

Alles, behalve tv op kamer en mat bij entree, is geweldig!

de lange mat bij de ingang vind ik smoezelig, werd niet gezogen de televisie op de kamer is veel te klein, zogezegd afstand bed tot tv veel te groot, verder alles heel prima!

De ligging is mooi. Wifi was kosteloos. Personeel is vriendelijk.

-Geen wijn in de minibar die er beetje als vergane glorie uitziet. Alleen 1 biertje en frisdrank. Na uitchecken (11.00u op zaterdag)mag je geen gebruik meer maken die dag van welness faciliteiten. Het tweepersoonsbed waarom werd gevraagd had een enorme spleet in het midden en ligt echt niet lekker met zijn tweeen. De tv is erg klein en ver vh bed af. De website schept hogere verwachtingen dan de werkelijkheid is.

Geld vragen voor wifi is absoluut niet meer van deze tijd.

Gostei de tudo, local espetacular para férias com a família num ambiente de natureza, contudo tem também cidades como Tilburgo, Eindhoven ou S´hertogenbosch muito proximas e como muitos pontos de interesse.O hotel está também perto de muitos parque temáticos para todos mas especialmente familias, a destacar o Beekse Bergen e o seu safari park, muito bom até okapis se pode ver. O atendimento, comodidade, conforto e demais foi tudo muito bom.

O preço é um bocado elevado, mas a qualidade do hotel também é muito boa.
