The bathroom was fabulous, with an enormous bathtub. Room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The bedding was in need of updating--the pillows smelled really awful. Bed was a little uncomfortable. To use the lights in the room, one must put the keycard into a slot, as I found out after two phone calls. Would be nice if that were explained at check-in. |

Everything was clear, welcoming and straightforward about the arrangements and accommodation. Soundproofing between rooms, floors etc. was not particularly good, but I suspect any improvement would require a major constructional task. |

It's great for short business trips, tourism around The Hague and all that. Be aware that the area can seem a bit secluded, but is really close to everything and The Hague doesn't really have a "downtown" area (it's far from a shopping city). For the service, the area and the quality is amazingly cheap. I will recommend, no doubt. |

I had to change rooms twice. The first room assigned to me was not cleaned, the second people had smoked in. Additionaly I found it bizar and annoying that I had to rent a device (8.95 Euro) to be able to see standard tv channels such as CNN and the BBC world |

Desk staff was exceptional, helpful. In my opinion the carpet in the room was very dirty. Try get it shampooed ,if no change replacement would be a good solution. |

Breakfast is good, good connection with Tram 17 to city center, nice staff. This Hotel is an honest 3 star hotel , old rooms , old carpet (dirty), no restaurant, very very noisy rooms, poor standard overall. |

Service, cleanliness and comfort Breakfast was a little cramped due to the layout of the buffet, some confusion caused by people queueing for the coffee machine and others in the same queue but just wanting food - this should be changed. |

Very friendly staff. Room comfortable although not particularly spacious. Bathroom was very well laid out. Breakfast was quite good, but with a limited range of hot food. Location a lttle out of the cente, but that proved to be beneficial as we took a good walk back after dinner. A little noisy when trams passed by, but not too often. Good value for money compared to the competition. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. |

Free wi-fi internet and the breakfast are worth the appreciation. There wasn't anyone at the reception when I arrived and checked out. I had to wait for about 10 minutes and ring the bell thrice upon arrival and it was same when I wanted to check out. The bath room looked quite old . It had a water leakage problem and the shower curtain was dirty. I can have a much better deal for money spent else where in den haag. |

I liked the room and the politeness of the staff in the reception. There was a weird smell in the room, maybe because of humidity or sweating. It wasn't very dominant, but maybe the rooms should be better refreshed with clean air. |

The Bar and restaurant area were clean and modern. The staff were rather surly. We had a "Superior" room on the fifth floor, the lift only went to the 4th floor so another floor needed to be climbed. The room looked tired and there was an old fashioned kitchen sink unit and fridge in the corner of the room as well as a microwave oven plonked on the desk next to the dated tv. Not what I would expect for a superior room at these prices. |
