Central location was good. I stayed on the third floor and so the noise from the people returning home after a night out was less than I expected. It is on the end of a busy street full of bars and nightclubs but was still far enough away to be quiet. The bed was beyond what you could define as soft. It was very bad to sleep in and I got a bad back from it. It needs a new mattress, this time with springs in it :-) I went to try the restaurant in the hotel but it had very limited choice but there are lots and lots of restaurants in the city center. |

Very good choice, good standard for quite low price. Located close to the centre of Eindhoven - very good choice if you want to explore Eindhoven by night. Lot of pubs and restaurants around. No air-condition in the room, expensive parking (12,00 EURO per night), Pay-Tv (8,00 EUROS for two movies) and Internet (6,00 EURO per hour). |

we enjoyed the comfort of the hotel room and the comfortable beds, with the shower being really nice, was a little bit small but the comfort compensated it. the price of the food and drinks as well as paying the city tax it could of been included in the price of the hotel accommodation rather than paying at the end of your stay |

The personel was very friendly. I also liked the breakfast buffet -- except for the mass-brewed coffee. Unfortunately, the serious-looking espresso machine next to the bar was not used at breakfast time. The window of my room (110) was opening to the back, so there was no street noise; instead, an air-con fan was running all night. Probably due to security reasons, the window could not be opened for more than 5 cm, which was little given the relative heat in the room. |

The hotel is situated close to the city center; very convenient. The room was a bit small; the door to the shower can not be opened fully, because the bed is in the way |

Personnell was very friendly Yes..the fact that we wound up with two separate single beds (nobody asked if that was okay, and we stayed as a couple), and more importantly, the fact that more than one key fitted the lock of our room. We were surprised by (on two separate occasions) intoxicated Germans trying (successfully) to get into our room. This is a "must-fix" |

Courteous staff. Stayed overnight at this hotel as we had an early morning flight and also due to lack of early morning public transport from Rotterdam. Were woken up at 03:30AM due to strange sound of "gushing boiling water" over the room's false ceiling. Security staff explained it was just rain water. Difficult to find the hotel at night, a 20 Minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station. |

Being automatically allocated single beds because I did a booking for one person. Some people do not like single bed. The staff were accommodating enough to give me a double bed when I mentioned it at reception |

Location. Helpful staff. Parking garage. 14.50 for breakfast is too much (although average for Eindhoven) |
