Well within the city

Not warm enough for me- I live in Africa

Very friendly staff; good value for money. I would recommend this comfortable hotel.

Breakfast a bit expensive; the Italian restaurant nearby (not belonging to the hotel), far too expensive: avoid it at all costs!

An efficient no-nonsense hotel in a relatively quiet area in town. Spacious room (~ 5 x 6 m) with good airco, excellent bed, good bathroom. Water pressure on 1st floor not fantastic but good enough for a shower. Free and very fast WiFi. The lounge / bar / restaurant area is pretty understated chic, with a beautiful long fireplace. The bar has a limited but very efficient choice of spirits. The same holds for the menu: few items but nicely variable. Perfect monkfish with 5 veg and fries, very good. Only four wines (red, rose, dry white, sweet white, all from the same house) but very good quality. Good breakfast with very good coffee. Free parking on the street after 18:00 but those spaces fill up very fast so I had to use the garage instead.

The garage is expensive at 15 Euro per night. The room window opens only 10 cm at the top: difficult to air the room.

Price/value is really good, I stayed in this hotel a couple of times as well as in other hotels in eindhoven.

The room that I stayed in last time, didnt have a hair dryer.

Perfect location close to the airport and few minutes away from central square. Good value for money and great service

It's centrally located and walking distance from most important city spots.

Carpet in the room could do with a bit more thorough cleaning.

Nice lounge with open fire.

The bed was rather a hammock, ways too soft. Besides had we people falling into neighbor rooms in the middle of the night. Very noisy rooms.This causes a poor rating for the hotel since getting a good night of sleep is important. Another minus is the price/quality ratio for having slept badly.

The mattresses are too soft.

In the night my door was opened without my consent, while i was sleeping. The second door in my room which functions as an entry to the courtyard was not locked. Someone tried to enter my room two times during the night. The first time the door actually was opened with a key but closed again as soon as i got up in bed. Ten minutes later it was tried again to open the door with keys. I rented a bycicle for 24h at the hotel, from 4pm to 4pm. When i wanted to get my bike on the next morning, it was already rented to someone else altough i had about 12h left. The hotel refused to give back my money. All in all it was a horrible stay in an awful hotel.

The location was central and the hotel was clean.

I asked for an Ironing board and iron, it couldnt be taken to my room so I had to go and fetch it myself, the lift was in operation by the cleaning staff, and had I been anyway ill or incapacitaed, the stairs were very steep !!!! I booked a double bed and got two single beds pushed together....my partner fell in the middle of the beds during the nite !!! I then asked to be given a room with a double bed the following nite, I was moved to another room only to find they too were too single beds pushed together....the sleeping xperience was uncomfortable !!.

No complaints. Good value for money. The iphone speaker/charger in the room was a life saver!

Дуже гарний готель, великий, чистий, просторий номер. Гарна звукоізоляція. Привітливий та послужливий персонал. А особливо сподобалися акційні ціни на вихідні - номер на двох за 47 євро + сніданок:)) Сніданок, до речі, - розкішний, вибір страв достатньо великий. А яєшня була така смачна, що моя донька досі про неї згадує.

Great stuff, words "no problem!" are great! Speakers for iPhone in the room! Breakfast! Free wifi, tea... lots of little things that make me say: great!:-) And location is very-very good! The Best place we've stayed during our eurotrip:-) but that's was only one night. Location is realy great, just walk around, you'll get everything!))))))

Every thing was OK.

Graet value. not five star but for the money I was in and out so it was effective. The staff at this hotel are the best hotel staff you will find anywhere, especially Ellie. I have been living in hotels for over ten years and the staff at this hotel gave me the most warm welcome out of any hotels I have stayed in, ever. Including the five and seven star hotels that cost 20 times the money. After a welcome and a smile like that, the rooms feel comfortable and warm. Without a doubt the most professional staff out of the tens of thousand I have come accross over the maybe two thousand hotels I have stayed in over the past ten years.

Can be hard to find.

Location was best part. Friendly staff were very welcoming and will return there again.

Not having hair dryer at the room.

Friendly hotel, comfortable lounge area, excellent breakfast, twisted stairs took some getting used to. The key/door lock room 117 tricky. Staff we re very helpful.

Fantastic central location, very clean, tidy and modern hotel, the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast excellent and the staff very helpful. Was upgraded on arrival and escorted to the room. Info in hotel good too.

People are friendly and really helpful. Room was clean, and hotel is very well located in the city center. Advised!
