Good central location Helpful staff

Very limited hanging/storage space in the bedrooms

It's a huge beautiful apartement with plenty of space and comfy furniture, only a few minutes away from all the essential bus/tram stops. A supermarket and a night shop are nearby as well as a few reastaurants and bars.

The steep stairs down to the bedrooms and the bathroom, which is typical in Amsterdam - you'll get used to it after one day though. Everything else is perfect.

Excellent location, right near tram stop. 10 minute tram ride into centre. 5 minute walk to Anne Frank. Provided great base for group of friends to have a lot of laughs. Easy to check in and out. Very spacious!

Had 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. Could have done with 3 double beds instead of the sofa bed as there is lots of room.

Well located with a high standard of interior finish

Strange layout means going from a bedroom to the bathroom involves going upstairs, through the living room, dining room and kitchen, and then downstairs again.

Great set up, easy location for getting places

Having initially been pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and standard of the apartment on arrival. This was soon short-lived after we found there was rat problem in the apartment! I will be writing a letter of complaint for an unpleasant, uncomfortable stay!

הדירה לא היתה מתוחזקת כראוי. מלוכלכת ומחניקה. התמונות הראו דירה הרבה יותר מרשימה מהמציאות. חדרי השינה היו מתחת לכל ביקורת-תקרה נמוכה ומחניקים.

Goede ligging, zowel lopend als met de tram. Veel ruimte, goede bedden.

De indeling van het appartement. De bereikbaarheid van de wc en badkamer vanuit de slaapkamers op kelderniveau was nogal een wandeling via 2 trappen. Dat is niet handig en was op voorhand ook niet duidelijk aangegeven in de informatie.

The location was great. Anne Frank Huis was just a short walk. There were restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in the area. We felt safe walking in this area. There are steep stairs leading up to the apartment but that is the standard if you choose to stay in one of the older buildings. We didn't mind because we wanted the central location.

After the first 2 rolls of toilet paper, you had to provide your own. This may be typical when you rent an apartment but we weren't expecting this.

3日間、４人で滞在しました。 トラムの停留所も目の前で、大変便利でした。 部屋は２階で階段でした。 リビングはとても広く、くつろげました。 洗濯機やアイロンも付いていたので毎日使用しました。 トラムに乗って中央駅まで１５分くらいで地図で見ていた感じよりは近いと感じました。 ヨルダン地区へは歩いても１５分くらいでした。 寝室は、トラム側とは反対だったので、とても静かでぐっすり眠れました。

滞在初日に小さいネズミが出ました。

הדירה היתה מרווחת ונעימה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, קרוב לסופר.

הירידה לשירותים שהיו בקומת מרתף היתה לא נעימה. הם נסתמו לאחר יום וזה היה לא נעים. יש לציין שנשלח איש שיאות די מהר לתקן. רבל המשכנו להיות בחרדה שמא זה יסתם שוב.

Perfect location (!!) - East/West tram junction accessible in front of building, lots of great restaurants in the area (check out Mazzo for amazing Italian); very beautiful apartment - well appointed with a gorgeous view to Nassau canal and Rozengracht; very comfortable beds - and luxurious bedding (wonderful pillows); superior bathroom (gigantic bathtub).

Booking.com listing is NOT accurate - apartment is on the forth floor and reachable via STEEP stairs, and moreover, there are steep stairs within the apartment (not ideal when traveling with small children). Thankfully, during our stay, the apartment management company solved our 'stair case problem' by installing a MUCH NEEDED baby gate; patio does not have ANY furniture; oven, couch and carpeted staircase could use a good cleaning - overall, apartment clean, but not up to Dutch standard; bedroom curtains do not block ANY light out - not ideal for people who like to sleep past sunrise (or for travelers needing an afternoon nap); windows do not have a safety lock and could be dangerous for travelers with small children.

well designed apartment, very comfortable beds, well equipped, well organised and good communications with stay amsterdam.

Pas du tout pratique par les différences de niveaux ( SDB+WC au Sous sol à l'opposé des chambres à coucher ) . Agencement de l'appartement mal pensé ! C'est un appartement pour des "jeunes gens " sans enfants !

- Treppen eng und steil - kein Zugang zum Garten

Location, good service from staff.

Heating didn't work during the first night. The bathroom and the 2 bed rooms are in the lower floor and to go between them you need to go up to the living room and back down from the other side of the house.
