Attentive and corteous personnel, free WiFi and sufficient breakfast if you don't hesitate to ask for some more. Close enough to city center. |

Very nice and helpful staff, eager to answer any questions and help with advices on the sightseeing, shopping, transport... I have booked single room, and when I remarked it was a bit small for me and my baggage, they put me in a bigger (double) room and didn`t charge more. First morning, I was late for breakfast, but anyway the girl who was working that day(Fatima,I think),served it to me. |

Room was surprisingly good. The walls were thin but otherwise it was pretty peaceful. I could accomodate myself once again in this same hotel. Location near museumplein was marvellous. The breakfast was pretty simple and was brought to the table. The breakfast room was on a terrace and kind of a cool place. |

Very friendly staff, it was very nice surprise for me - russian staff. Small, but nice room (i paied for single, and it was ok for me), table, wardrobe - like on the picture on booking.com. Small but clean Shower&Toilet. TV. Heater (i didnt use it). Lift. Very calm. Near to tram and bus station. PC with i-net near reception. Location - very close to Museum place. 10-15 min by tram to Centraal station. Bus stop to Schiphol also close to the Hotel, no need to go to Centraal station. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends. Really funny limited breakfast, i have never seen it before - 3 slices of bread and small roll, 3 slices of cheese+ham+salami. 1 Egg. 1 small glass of juice, Coffe in small coffeepot, a bit jam and batter on the table. For me it was enough and tasty, but it looked a bit strange)) It would be more comfortable to have small shelf in the bathroom to put ur face creams, bottles, shampoo and so on. U need to move table aside to use electr. socket. I dont know enough about hotels in Amsterdam, for me it was a bit expensive. Anyway, other hotels were more expensive or had very negative reviews on booking.com and all this inconveniences (wrote above) are not serious. |

Good location, minutes away from the city attractions. Good transport links to most places including the airport. Also a relatively quiet and safe area. Has all basic amenities including TV and serves breakfast. Rooms could be more modern. Also I found the hotel to be slightly expensive. |

Shower did not work in my room. The personnel knew about it, but have not warned, also in the morning me waited surprise. With the request to replace number, to me have answered that it is not meaningful as I have stayed for 2 nights. Such breakfast with three micro slice I did not see before anywhere. |

The room was very clean and fully stocked with towels, soap, etc. The hotel staff was less than accommodating. At one point they said I would have to move in the middle of my stay without any previous warning. Also, the room was directly off the main entrance and bar area - extremely noisy and not private. The hotel was also quite far from the city centre (not as advertised). |

Quiet area, close to trams, very nice breakfast room, broken TV-cable fixed within 5 minutes (good service) No staff present until 8 in the morning, so I missed breakfast on my 2nd day because I had to leave for the airport at 8 sharp. |

Small hotel, with small rooms, but with no shared shower (that's why I choose this). Near the city centre, closed to Vondelpark and MuseumPlein. It's perfect for a weekend to see the city and everything. Cheap and good. |

Great location, great price. Very friendly staff on check in. The beds were a bit low and it could do with a little face lift but at these prices forget the facelift and enjoy cheap accommodation in a great location! |

The check in was very fast, though it was a problem with paying with my card (VISA). The breakfast was ok. This room, though very cheap for Amsterdam prices, was situated below ground level, under reception room, the walls were very thin and during the night the cough and steps of hotel keeper were irritating. The sheets were tear apart. |
