Nothing we had to move apartments 3 times in 4 days!!!!! No taxis had walk everywhere with all are luggage!!

The suite was really huge with respect to other average apartment in Amsterdam. It was very clean and comfortable.

The staff changed our reservation (they assigned us a different suite than booked). This confused part of the other staff who led the booked baby cot to the wrong apartment. Also (as already noted on this website) the elevator was broken, and this was kind of a problem when you travel with two old relatives, an infant, and a stroller.

Lack of storage place for clothing

The apartment was well located with a tram stop, metro and supermarket in the same street, all within a few minutes walk. The apartment was a good size with good facilities. Comfortable beds.

Our apartment was on the top floor with very steep stairs. There was a lift but only to the second floor (going up) so carrying the bags up to the third floor was tricky. The wi-Fi didn't work during our stay which was frustrating since we had wanted to look things up on the Internet about Amsterdam during our stay.

Appartement très agréable, bien meublé, très bien équipé, très propre, bien placé TRAM juste à coté pour visiter et sortir même le soir tard. Vraiment t très spacieux.Photos du site identique à la réalité. Couple avec 4 adolescents

El apartamento está en una buena situación , y es tranquilo y diría que está decorado con estilo, lo peor es el portal y las escaleras, como no tiene ascensor y era la segunda planta nos costó trabajo subir y bajar debido a que son escaleras de caracol en las que apenas cabe el pie por su parte mas ancha ,por no hablar de su parte mas estrecha ..... mejor no tener problemas de mobilidad.

las escaleras estrechisimas y no tener ascensor. La entrada un poco destarltalada al tener un andamio por estar arreglando la fachada.

Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y moderno. todo equipado con vajilla, electrodomésticos y accesorios para poder cocinar. Ubicación muy buena. Se nos estropeó el calentador pero lo solucionaron rápidamente.

la única queja que tenemos es que nos pusieron una cuna por equivocación y ocupaba lugar en el dormitorio, pedimos que la retirasen tres veces y nunca lo hicieron durante los 5 días de estancia.

Appartement propre, bien agencé, spacieux, confortable, correspond bien aux photos .. Tout les équipements fonctionnaient correctement (four, micro-onde, frigo américain ..) Le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait raisonnable, quand on cherche des hôtels sur Amsterdam à ce prix là, il y a des rats dans les chambres :) .. L'agence ou l'on récupère les clés n'est pas très éloignée de l'appartement, environ 10€ en taxi. Le taxi de l'appartement jusqu'au centre (Dam square) coûte environ 15-20 €, à plusieurs cela revient presque moins cher qu'un ticket de tram à 2,70€ pour une heure ! Accueil chaleureux du personnel de l'agence, plutôt rare chez les commerçants d'Amsterdam .. Appartement highly recommended !

Forte odeur d'eau de javel dans la salle de bains en arrivant, dissipée en quelques heures, un petit désagrément bien futile mais qui prouve au moins que l'appartement a été lavé avant notre arrivée :). Quelques éléments du mobilier dégradés mais vraiment minime .. Seulement TV5 monde comme chaîne française, sinon pensez à amener vos DVD un lecteur est sur place ;) ! Escalier étroit et ardu mais c'est l'architecture d'Amsterdam, compensé par un monte-charge dans l'immeuble !

on a beaucoup aimé l'appartement : la déco, l'agencement etc... on s'y sent super bien. en plus, on avait en cadeau une bonne bouteille de vin en cadeau à l'arrivée. il est proche du centre avec l'avantage d'être dans un quartier calme.

il faudrait noter dans le descriptif qu'il faut appeler pour prendre rendez-vous pour que quelqu'un vous attende sur place, sinon il faut aller chercher les clefs à l'agence qui est dans un autre quartier... ceci dit tout est faisable à pied. l'ascenseur est toujours en panne : attention si vous venez avec des jeunes enfants (et qu'il faut monter la poussette), ou une personne à mobilité réduite.

3 mal reklamiert, das WLAN nicht funktioniert . Mit Techniker hingehalten, doch es kam Nie einer in den 3 Tagen.

Il late check in è stato addebitato anche se il servizio non è stato eseguito come previsto. A specifica richiesta lo staff ha fatto orecchie da mercante. Mancanza di serietà che risulta in un giudizio negativo.

Quando chegamos o elevador não funcionava, e as escadas são muito íngremes pelo que foi difícil subir com as malas para o apartamento.

הניקיון ורמת הדירה היו גבוהות והשרות במוקד נותנים מענה לכל צרה ... מיקום נחמד אפשר לסוע ברכבת תחתית תחנה מאוד קרובה או מוניות למרכז ... אפשרי הליכה לכיכר ברגל אבל זה נמאס אחרי פעם אחת

Appartement spacieux, propre, lumineux, moderne, bien situé : métro et bus à proximité , supermarché également. Thé, café, sucre, sel, essuie-tout, papier toilette pour l'accueil. Très bien.

Beaucoup de choses, immeuble délabré, appartement mal sonorisé, minimum pour la vaisselle, pas de rangements, des locataires extrèmement bruyants, un tram qui passe sans cesse, un rdc sans porte blindée et une vue coté salon sur un tas de détritus; en bref je n'y retournerais pas par vos soins.

Very nice apartment, nice furniture, plenty of space, room enough for a family. Nice surroundings. Tram nearby, easy to reach every place we wanted to visit.

We missed a clotheshanger by the entrance, to hang jackets when coming inside, especially when it was raining. We had to put our jackets on the chairs standing round the table, that was not perfect. When we made our booking we didn't apprehend that the reception was situated elsewhere than the apartment.

Rymlig. fräsch lägenhet. Fungerade perfekt. Läget lugnt o bra. Lätt att nå spårvagnen in till centrum. Nära till supermarket.

Internet uppkopplingen fungerade inte

La situación

Beautiful and large apartment right on tram and Metro lines. Supermarket is only one block away. Perfect place for a large group.

It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
