Toilet/shower room is very, very small.

This's not hotel, just guess room, no reception. check-in need to be arranged before arrive. As the same as many hotel in Amsterdam, they all very small and expensive, but it does't bother us, as we just need a bed to sleep, and travel during the day. Very good location!

Sasha was very nice & friendly. Comfortable bed & room was spacious enough.

A bit noisy as the building is quite old, small shower.

The location was perfect. The man who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom, though small, did the job. The price was quite fair especially considering the location.

I would advise being careful with this one. You're renting a room in a house, it's quite studenty (fine for us as we have only just been students but I imagine more mature people might not like it). We were in a room with shared bathroom. It was not as good as the photos imply but did the job. The reason to be cautious- sharing a bathroom with another room can be risky. We had some weirdos next door who left their bedroom door a bit open and also stole the toilet paper from the bathroom... Not the hotel's fault, but could have been problematic if it wasn't our leaving morning.

The hotel was OK for the price we paid. The room was HUGE and we really enjoyed our stay there.

There was a bit of smell of smoke (well, I guess you can't really say anything as you are in Amsterdam!), and the hitting was not managing to heat the room too well, but we could sleep anyway. The toilet was not the cleanest, but it would not put me off from staying there again.

Sacha was very close to all the sights etc Amsterdam centre has to offer, food places / bars / shops within short walking distance. I opted for the room with a private bathroom, nice room, small bathroom but had everything we needed including a flat screen TV on the wall, and the shared kitchen was right next to our room. There wasnt really any staff around, we came and went as we pleased like it was our own apartment. The room / bathroom was clean and tidy.

At times it was a bit noisy from the other guests going up and down the stairs. Didnt see any hotel staff after we checked in and could of done with a bit of advice on the area and transport, but apart from that, nothing was wrong at all with the hotel, would definately recomend to young people who are going to be out and about all the time.

Location was great, just next to Rembrandt Square. It is definately more of a B&B than a hotel, but it is clean and good value for money.

We received an email prior to our arrival explaining that we could not check in after 10pm, despite me explaining that we may be slightly later. This caused a bit of unnecessary panic.

The owner was friendly and let us check in early and leave our bags while he sorted out the room. The location was perfect - right near Rembrandt square. We could let ourselves in and out whenever we liked and the room was comfortable and our private bathroom was compact but had everything we needed. Great value for money for the area and the room that we got.

We really liked our room when we arrived. Tasteful. The location is really good as it is close to the center and trams go right by the door. There is a small kitchen so we were able to use it for breakfast and for dinner when the microwave was available. the manager came down when we arrived and was very pleasant . Better still he helped us with our heavy suitcases.

Our room was up two or three levels and the stair case was very very narrow and winding. I had to slide my cases down. Watch that you dont catch the no 4 tram from Central Station as indicated on our letter from the hotel. This meant a long and difficult walk with our luggage. There are three other possible tram numbers.

The hotel's location is not too far or too close to the city center. The gate is small so you need to find it carefully. It doesn't have a reception, but the owner will contact you before your trip, to make sure your arriving time and possible check in time. The owner is very friendly. My friend felt cold, so he send us another duvet. By the way, the hotel also has a small kitchen including almost everything(microwave，oven and tablewares).

Our room is small, but it's okay, we just want to have a sleep here.

Accommodation was sold as smoke free. We were clearly briefed on the B and B's desire to achieve a smoke free environment (great we thought). However our sheets and bedding clearly reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so that we requested a change of sheets. We changed ourselves revealling the disgusting duvet and pillows that lay beneath. Our stay was of two nights but we were staying in Amsterdam for a further two. We decided to stay elsewhere due to the missus ashma cropping up with the smoke.

Loved the room more like a suite, well located for the kitchen too! we do like to cook and eat! Room good size and well equiped Davy was very friendly and helpful, recommending the best places to visit. B&B perfectly located for city break, would highly recommend to any new comers wishing to explore Amsterdam.

Good Location, Clean rooms, fairly good size, comfortable. Well priced for location.

Only small complaint is the walls are very thin between bedrooms.

La nostra camera era molto carina e gradevole, avevamo anche a disposizione la cucina in comune che è molto comoda per chi come noi vuole prepararsi dei panini e godersi la città. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla zona dei musei, vicino a Rembrant Place piena di locali e al mercato e raggiungibilissimo il centro più affollato. Lo staff non serve. Ideale per chi vuole stare in privacy e godersi in totale libertà la romantica città di Amsterdam.

Zimmer sah nicht wie auf Fotos aus, war sehr klein, entsprach nicht dem erwarteten Standart, sehr hellhörig Direkt an großer Hauptstraße, Tram Haltestelle direkt unter Fenster -> laut Bad war zwar renoviert, jedoch Schimmel an der Dusche! Batterien für TV waren leer, Müll wurde nicht geleert, keine Möglichkeit die nassen Handtücher aufzuhängen

Прекрасное расположение, подходит для путешествия без детей. Цена - качество соответствующее. Лучше останавливаться в номере с собственной ванной.
