Kind personel, helped with finding timetables, ordering taxi etc.Relaxed feeling - services worked after asking.Breakfast nice - comfortable as up to noon on weekends. Hotel in bad condition, toilet cover broken, electric plugs broken etc. Cleaning poor - minibar dirty, had to clean myself, daily cleaning poor. |

Quite good hotel situated near the center. Good design, good breakfast. There was 1 towel for two people, even that was ripped on one side. The toilette a bit small. |

convenient for the conference we were attending. adequate room facilities. Perfectly adequate for a short business trip. one of the cups in room was dirty (not changed from previous). Towels were changed despite not leaving them on the floor, but other things were not replenished eg sanitary disposal bags. Internet access rather flakey, and no easy way of printing boarding cards etc. for return journey. |

The location, the helpfull staff, the good breackfast. The rooms was clean and the internet acess is a very helpfull service. The bathroom could be more ample. |

Clean, but the shower space of my room was too tight. We booked four rooms in advance, but the hotel told us they cannot prepare one room due to technical problem on our arrival. But after several negotiation, we got all rooms, and someone who came later might lost the room. |

the staff really friendly and helpful it was near good transport links and a 4 min walk to the big shopping centre and market. theroom was really nice adequate facilities. the breakfast buffet was cool nothing too much im probably being fussy just more of a selection of room service |

The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are comfortable, sunny and have enough space to work. The breakfast is good and served up to late at the weekends. however, there is no fresh fruits. The bathroom is not very good. The shower box is very small and there is no bath. |

The superior rooms have free internet an movie access. The beds are good. No noise coming from the street into the room. The hotel has a good parking facility in a public parking garage very nearby. The sanitary facilities are not in line with the price. The bathrooms in the superior rooms are very small. There is no bath, only shower. |

Very nice staff, the location is very good. The carpets were a bit old in the rooms and the bathroom was tiny. Also towels provided were not enough.Heating didn't work so I needed to be moved to another room. |

Room is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Staff are very professional and friendly. When I booked I thought the price is high, but now i think it is worth it. Bedroom has only bedside lights no ceiling light. So, it is slightly dark for my taste but hey you are there to sleep!!! |
