the staff is nice and friendly here and the room is good enough for the money

Staff were great especially the barman Cornelius (If that's his real name!) who kept everybody entertained with his knowledge & stories! Staff were on the ball and sorted out problems quickly and efficiently. Also I left stuff behind after I'd checked out and when I rang next day they still had it! Which I find very unusual these days!

Terrible problems with the internet. Very slow and kept having to log in time & time again. Also TV reception wasn't great either! The room temperature was too hot at times only went down to 17 degrees.

it is better to have free wifi at the room.

Rooms and bathroom very small

The room was very large. The lobby/ lounge area was also spacious and a convenient gathering place. One block away from the cube houses and Saturday markt!

We booked for 4 nights a double room. When we arrived they gave us a very small room with a very small double bed and a shower space in which any person could hardly turn around. This was a very bad experience, especially when one arrives at midnight.

No heating in bedrooms on first floor.

The stuff at the reception was friendly and moved me from a very cold room to a cold room (the heating at the hotel was off) they couldn't do anything but at least they were nice!! the breakfast in the morning was simple but good.

This Hotel is not a 4 stars hotel!!!! The facilities are too old, when you enter the lift you pray it takes you to your floor without blocking somewhere, the rooms need a BIG refresh and the bathroom of my room smelled bad. I was quite desappoited mainly because the rate was far too expensive for this hotel, I usually go elsewhere and pay the same for a lot better!

Hot room, cleaning service once every 2 days, poor beds/pillows. Had to pay a 50 euro deposit even though the room was paid up front with cc.

Room had reverse air conditioning and with thermostat relatively high on the wall, room staid quite cold. However weather was extreme, so not something that will usually occur I presume.
