The location. It took a less than 6 minutes to walk to the shopping centres. The train station was close to the hotel. The hotel is not child friendly. Our group consisted of 3 adults and a 3 year old. I sent by separate email a request for connecting rooms but was informed that the hotel did not have any rooms with connecting doors. We were subsequently given rooms right next to each other, but both rooms had no ventilation and every single sound made along the corridor, the room above and the road could be heard. We were eventually moved. This time the room we were given was right next to the elevator. Very difficult to manouvre luggage.The bathrooms are very small, a real tight squeeze. The tables in the rooms had moveable glass tops and the edges were chipped and sharp. Not a safe room for a child. The breakfast was the same every single day.

Rooms to rearside are quiet. Carpet looked to be cleaned, but old and used. Wash-basins waste-pipe was plugged up. Heating by air-condition poor. Ceiling lights seem casual positioned, thus the livingroom is to dark and the bathrooms mirror is lightet from slanting behind. 17 Euros are to much for the placed breakfast.

We have stayed at the Eden Savoy several times and we are always pleased with this hotel. The location is excellent, not far from the Central train station and several tram stops, and close to Center and several restaurants. The breakfast cannot be better, staff helpful and the rooms are a good size. We will continue to book here in the future.

It was clean though when you ask for food in the evening and all they can say is a bowl of nuts or pizza leaves a lot ?

The location is quite central and the shopping disctrict is a walk away. Located next to Blakk station (which has a train to Amsterdam)...the property is decently managed. Old lifts and not too many options of restaurants close by and within the hotel...especially after 10:00 PM

Location was good. Staff was not particularly warm, and the room was too dark and old. It felt more like a hostel than anything else.

Coffea/tea facility in the room; free drink; breakfast; reception; No smoking facility inside; Some remarks on room 212: -wardrobe doors do not function, toilet poorly flushing, shower cabin showing signs of mould and lime, carpet could be clearer, bathroom door slams shut when open (also for neighbour room), mattress is too soft;

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and the rooms are very dark. As a business traveller I would rather stay away from it, but as a tourist it is ok.

Nice interior design Art Deco/ Sixties style. Spacious quiet room and bathroom. Friendly reception. Good location with shops and restaurants on walking distance. Overall had a good stay, good value for money. Internet in room is not free, wireless free internet in lobby is slow and sometimes signal is weak ik some areas.Parking space is limited in front of hotel, public parking nearby costs 19.00 EUR p/d. On Dec.4 the staff at the bar got angry when I ventured to suggest other music than '70 rock which he had been enjoying for several hours. "Everybody likes Gary Moore! If you don't like it that's your problem!"(It was). Stunned and speechless, I closed my laptop PC and did not reply to angry questions about my taste in music. Not a professional attitude of a barman ...

The only minus I would say about the hotel, I found booking on line , cheap price, we had the least accessible room, no free shampoo etc as advertised on the room tv, no signal for wifi in our rooms, seemed like we were on an outpost. I would stay there again if the price was good.

Very good location - the shops and big market is just in a few meters. Frendly stuff. We didn't like, that you can not open the window at all...And the light of the room is not good - the room is dark...

The Hotel is very comfortable with delicious breakfast. But shower is too small, for slim figures! Especialy advice to book Savoy-room in summertime!
