Room was good size and clean and the staffs were nice too.

The shower cabin was too small.

Were next to the elevator so a lot of noise from people going through Room doesn not look **** hotel, but is fair enough for stay and comfort

The staff were extremely unhelpful. Their first response was often, I don't know. We are travelling on bikes. They could not accommodate them and their advice as to where we could lock them up was wrong. It took hours and considerable expense for us to sot it out ourselves.

hotel could do with a update.why do hotels have no personal toiletries.Just soap on the wall which is very unhygienic.We are reduced to taking our own toiletries which should not be necessary when staying in a hotel

The staff was excellent. When we first booked the room, we did not request a baby cot for our child. Few minutes after the reservation was confirmed, the hotel wrote us offering one; it was very nice from them. It was even nicer to see the baby cot with nice colored bed linens. During our stay the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good - with easy access to different kinds of transport. For us it was very good to have a kettle in the room (plus tea and coffee). Although the hotel seems to focus on business clients, it was pleasant to find a “baby corner” with toys in the lobby.

The room was clean, but we found some dust behind the arm chair. At the bathroom, the soap dispenser is located at a position not very convenient for the hands. One of the wall sockets was broken. It is clear that the hotel was renovated some time ago, and a “face-lift” could benefit the overall score for the hotel. Anyway, the experience was ok.

Staff were great especially the barman Cornelius (If that's his real name!) who kept everybody entertained with his knowledge & stories! Staff were on the ball and sorted out problems quickly and efficiently. Also I left stuff behind after I'd checked out and when I rang next day they still had it! Which I find very unusual these days!

Terrible problems with the internet. Very slow and kept having to log in time & time again. Also TV reception wasn't great either! The room temperature was too hot at times only went down to 17 degrees.

it is better to have free wifi at the room.

The room was very large. The lobby/ lounge area was also spacious and a convenient gathering place. One block away from the cube houses and Saturday markt!

We booked for 4 nights a double room. When we arrived they gave us a very small room with a very small double bed and a shower space in which any person could hardly turn around. This was a very bad experience, especially when one arrives at midnight.
