L'hotel è sul finire di uno dei corsi principali di Rotterdam ed oltre tutto è vicino alla stazione Blaak. La stanza che abbiamo prenotato noi era veramente grande e molto comoda: la consiglio ad ogni coppia! |

la posizione abbastanza vicina al centro e ai punti d'interesse la camera non era pulita e il bagno non era quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle, bensi da un 2 stelle! |

Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto con bus 50 che arriva vicino all'hotel. Buona la pulizia e gentile il personale. Troppo costosa la colazione, consiglio di recarsi poco distante dove si trovano ottimi economici caffe'. Dalla vicina stazione metro e treno di Blaak si possono raggiungere Delft e Dordrecht senza dover tornare alla stazione centrale. Nella strada per la stazione si attraversa il caratteristico quartiere moderno di Overblaak progettato da Piet Blom. Scarsi i prodotti da toilette |

La posizione centrale rispetto alla attrattive della città e la vicinanza alla metropolitana. La stanza (primo piano) molto rumorosa come se fosse stata adiacente a un generatore elettrico o simile. |

Hotel in posizione comoda e centrale Ho trovato la camera ghiacciata, il riscaldamento è andato parzialmente in funzione al mio ingresso ed è stato completamente riparato il giorno successivo. In un soggiorno di due notti volte sono stato copstretto a richiedere due volte la riparazione della chiave elettronica per l'accesso in camera. |

The room was clean. Hotel staffs were friendly. I like the facilities in the room. There was working space suitable for business. |

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the city centre but on a quiet street. The staff were also very friendly. There was no restaurant at the hotel. They only served breakfast. So you could not get a meal in the evening if you just wanted to stay in. |

location, free acces to internet at the lobby, they let us to be at the room since 12.oo instead fo 15.00 the service of the tv was complicated. i would also appreciate that the roomservice prepares at least one tv channel in Polish. |

Very easy check in and out. Comfortable room at a very good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. Clean and tidy. The bathroom was very small and could only fit one person at a time. |

The hotel staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The bathroom as far too small (must have been the smallest bathroom I have ever used). Water from the shower did not drain quick enough thus leading to flooding of the bathroom floor. |

The hotel was in a good location and the balcony was good. The facilities were basic for the amount of money the hotel cost - no shampoo-showergel etc, just a broken soap dispenser. Also there was a funny smell in the bathroom when the toilet was flushed as the drains didn't seem to be that good - and there were several unpleasant stains on the bedroom floor. |

It is a very quiet hotel, peaceful, very confortable. The hotel staff is very polite, the atmosphere is very romantic.The location is excellent right in the centre.I really recommand this hotel and I enjoyed staying in it. Compared to other hotels in Rotterdam, where I stayed, I can not say anything bad about Eden Savoy Hotel: this was much better and also the price. |

General facilities The staff at reception had a poor focus on guests. They either did things too quickly or tried to do too many things at the same time, including talking to each other and both dealing unnecessarily with the same guest, ignoring other guests. |
