落着いた静かな雰囲気で、諸般に於いてアクセスが良く、地の利はあると思う。安全でリーズナブル、朝食も美- 味しく何よりと思います。 市内のイベントに関してフロントは皆目知識も無く、協力的で無かった事。PCでも調べられないとの仰せ、こ- ちらの考えが甘かったのでしょう。 |

Free internet access in lobby. Excellent breakfast. Large room. Two English channels on TV. Bigger fridge would have been useful. City Tax should have been quoted in advance of arrival. |

WiFi in lobby. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning was very effective. Check-in is a very late time: my room wasn't ready until 15:30. Also lighting in room was dim -no overhead area light in living room. Bathroom light was burnt out and not replaced during entire 5-day stay. |

Location is in city centre in between interesting touristic sites, shops and reastuarant and bars. Living room type of cosy bar/lobby. Room requires renovation; outdated design, carpet covered with stains of many years of usage, large room but small bathroom. No private parking. |

Find hotel very satisfactory. Will stay again next time I come to Rotterdam. Only thing I didn't like in the room is the carpeting, which seems old and had cigaret burns in some places. |

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance to Centraal Station. Breakfast was the highlight! The site advertised that complimentary fruit, water, robes and slippers would be provided. However when we arrived there were none present in our room, and when I enquired the receptionist was very rude and said that it was because we ordered to Classic and not Superior room. Not 4 star quality reception staff. |
