“ We visited for the Christmas Markets. The caves are about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel and the old town is on the route to the caves. The car park is very secure being located in a walled courtyard . The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. ”

Het hotel is gelegen in het centrum van Valkenburg. De kamers en badkamers zijn prima en het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een unicum in Nederland.

Vriendelijk personeel gezellige bar en terras en prima ontbijtbuffet. Zeer prettig dat er een besloten parkeerplaats is, zeker voor motoren is een veilig gevoel. Mooie en ruime badkamer. Kamer waren niet te groot er is weinig ruimte om bagage op te bergen.

Het personeel was echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, heel huiselijk en persoonlijk. Het ontbijt was prima en werd constant aangevuld. Geen tegenvallers, het was prijs kwaliteit gezien zeker een aanrader.

Kamers en hotel zijn netjes en schoon. Comfortabele, nette kamer. Perfect ontbijt! Centrale ligging bij centrum en station. Kamers beneden zijn nogal rumoerig door ligging naast parking en keuken. Een beetje onrustige doorloop van voor naar achter door de ontbijtzaal. Dit zou opgelost kunnen worden door een afscheiding / gang aan de zijkant van deze ruimte.

Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Parkeergelegenheid achter hotel. Ligging tov centrum. Kleine kamer. Ongeveer 15 cm, slecht zichtbaar, hoogte verschil in de badkamervloer. Ben daardoor lelijk gestruikeld.

Mooie badkamer geweldig ontbijt aardige mensen ook 's avonds een leuke onderhoudende Dave. Goede lokatie met goede parkeerplaats Kamers veel te klein. Beneden kamers bij een rookplek buiten dus ramen dicht houden.
