Clean room and facilities, helpful staff, good location. Affordable price.
Small, cramped, noisy room (you could hear the doorbell each time someone arrived eve if you closed the doors).
Location, Friendly Staff, Cat! Beds were comfortable.
the Location is very good!
the stuff is not kind at all. i stayed only one night but i didn't dare to take a shower. Don't book a taxi from the hotel because is an illegal taxi! they didn't warn you
Location was brilliant
Could be more clean and friendly
location, close to everything. Owner was very friendly and so was his cat Shimba.
Was a very clean hotel, polite staff really pleased
The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. We were backpacking so we didn't need luxury and needed a good location, and I'm happy to say it surpassed all expectations.
Had to pay for wifi.
owner was a very nice guy, so was his cat Simba. Hotel overall was very clean, good location as well. Within walking distance to everything but away from the crowds.
Location and beds
Lack of toilet paper and cleaning of it. Noisy neighbours playing loud music and banging doors. Dont let this put you off as the place is really good value and good location.
Very good location-no need to use a public transport, engaging and helpful receptionist , rooms are small but enought for city brak, the same with the noise - if you choose this hotel just be prepared for that. Room, toilets and showers clean.

to locate hotel is very easy and I would say the shops they have in the same shop is really good! All those amazing bakeries! I was very pleased with reception staff and cleanliness is good too, considering it is run by guys! Very quiet and night, so really pleased I stayed there; would definitely go back!
everything we needed. no problems. great staff. clean. basic.
no smoking weed in the room - HAHA
The hotel is in a brilliant area & manager tells you all the best places to go for cheaper & he was a right laugh!!
I was really worried arriving because all the poor reviews people was leaving, but for the money it was excellent' you pay 1* you get 1*. Defo would stop again.
very dirty, even saw a mouse in the receiption room. The quilt cover looked a bit yellow and had black spots. I even saw the staff let the cat lie on the bed when they cleaned the room. Also furniture were old and released strange smell.
5 euros a day for Internet Bed sheets Too much noise at nights
Very helpful and welcoming staff, both for issues concerning the stay or helpful information about the city; comfortable bedroom with heating; excelent location if you want to go around town by foot.
bed was very soft.
Such an awful experience never again! Almost no hygiene at all and beds that seem to come straight from refugee camps. Too loud televisions on all night long combined with paper-thin walls guarantee sleepless nights. Personnel not friendly at all to boot.
Its location which is in the city center
The stair is too high with small stepping, it can make you slip.
All good at Schroder
Location, very friendly staff, great beds, warm dry very comfortable and convenient.
Stairs...friggin hundreds of stairs lol!...but that's Amsterdam all over!
The only positive is that the bedsheets were clean.
This is an old hostel advertised as a hotel. Upon arrival after 11pm I had to trek up a very steep flight of steps with my luggage. The receptionist was okay and upon enquiring internet access, I was offered wifi at 10euro to which I protested then brought down to 5 euro. I then had to trek up another steep flight of steps to a four bed dorm. Fortunately I did not have to share with anybody. I asked to extend check out until 3pm and was told it would cost 50 euro the cost for a full night. I then negotiated and paid 20 euro. I will not recommend this establishment. The day receptionist actually told me that he was doing me a favour by charging 20 euro only. My original booking was for a single room and not in a shared dorm.
The stairs very uncomfortable in Hostel. Very large audibility.
The Hotel was adequately comfortable ' staff very helpful " & I think from what I see it's a beautiful country & so are the people .
My only negative is the stairs ! Not disability friendly ?
