The ease of acces for this hotel is amazing. Two seconds and you are out if the airport and at the hotel. |

close to the airport Way to expencive for the size of the rooms. Coffie, tea and sugar bags were way too old. Not to be expected from a hotel with this price. Also, a can of coke is 4,50 EUR. |

The staffing was very pleasant and very helpful. There always was a friendly smile as I walked by the service desk. |

The service! From Claudia at the front desk, the bellman who assisted me, to the room service gentleman from Brazil, everyone was terrific. My wife was in a wheelchair and the assistance of everyone at checkin was very appreciated. |

comfort of room, friendliness of staff, food quality and delivery, proximity to both train station and airport couldn't believe there wasn't a hotel gift shop -- that I had to go over to the airport in search of something |

Room was extremely comfortable and appreciated the soundproof walls. Also, liked the walkway to the terminal. Directions to get TV working and voicemail directions. These could be improved. |

The staff was not up to the desired service levels. Despite repeated requests for change of room, it took almost 6 hours for it to materialise. |
