Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower did not work and the tv did not work until someone came to our room and worked with it. Also the room was hot and I had no way of controlling the temp. |

Location is superb, beautiful and modern rooms. The hotel is very noisy. Personel very formal and did not appear service minded. Breakfast extreme expensive (29 € !) Advise: You can have good and cheap breakfast at different spots at Shiphol Airport Plaza. (3 min. walk from hotel) |

Nice room service dinner. Forthcoming staff. Internet should be free/included when you pay 180 dollar for a room! Wireless internet is not a real expense for a hotel, and they should offer this to their client, especially being a business/conference hotel. I was very disappointed by this indeed. |

The Hotel was perfect for my wife and I just to stay the night and we had an early flight the next morning to the Caribbean and we had a lot of baggage. One thing we did not like was the fact that we wanted to use the front office safety deposit box but that was not possible at the time because there seemed to be some strange problem with the key(s) to the box and I really did not understand how that could have happened. Also we booked a Deluxe room with a double bed and this was not available when we checked in, instead we got a room with 2 single beds. |

Its location, a few hundred meters from the airport's main hall. Windowa were sealed. Wifi was very expensive, There is an area in the lobby where supposedly guests can connect to the Internet for free, but by means of a cable provided by the hotel- (a rdeposit is required). However, none of the available connections were functional. This hotel seemed to be as carelessly managed as other Sheratons I've stayed in. |

the sheraton has been re-furbisheed to a very good level. beds are excellent.furthermore for an hotel located at the airport itself, it is completely soundproff. no street or plane noises at all. |

Proximity to airport, the view onto the control tower/airport, the ability to check your bags into your flight and come back to the hotel and have breakfast before departing; definitely the reception desk staff - fantastic! Noisy doors slamming and the doors were paper-thin (a guy having a mobile phone conversation in the corridor outside our room sounded like he was in our room. Unfortunately it woke us up, and we were trying to get a good sleep-in before a long haul flight to Asia). |
