Το Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol 4 αστέρων προσφέρει απευθείας πρόσβαση στο Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο του Schiphol και απέχει μόνο 20 λεπτά οδικώς από το Άμστερνταμ. Περιλαμβάνει γκουρμέ εστιατόριο και μοντέρνες εγκαταστάσεις γυμναστηρίου με σάουνα. Τα ηχομονωμένα δωμάτια περιλαμβάνουν καλωδιακή τηλεόραση με επίπεδη οθόνη, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση και μίνι μπαρ. Καθένα διαθέτει κρεβάτι Sheraton Sweet Sleeper με πάπλωμα και υποαλλεργικά μαξιλάρια. Το Lisse, με τους κήπους του Keukenhof, απέχει 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το ξενοδοχείο. Η παραλία του Zandvoort βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο. Fast check in service (no que) friendly staff Radio system was defect in the bathroom, no complimentary mineral water as usual, knocking on the door when there was a sign of : ''Don't Disturb'' Internet connection is charged with a hugh price, should be actually free of charge for a Hotel like this. Minibar items are over priced.

very rigid on checking in at 3 in the afternoon. they struggled to find my spg number. they dont even have a basic kettle to make tea in the room. they charged city tax addnly which came as a surprise, i was sure i had booked it with a price inclusive of that.

My only concern was that breakfast was not included. I think that would influence my staying there again as I stayed at the Frankfurt Sheraton the week before and breakfast was included, for the same price. It may be a small thing but made such a difference.

Direct access to the airport. Nothing else about this hotel. Staff at the reception is very slow and unfriendly.Could not find my pre- paid reservation for 20 min, despite the fact that I showed it on my IPhone and did not even appologize after making me wait for so long. Room was old and shabby, hot water faucet and shower worked very bad.Wi- fi must be free!

Close proximity to the airport. I did not feel it was worth the money I paid for the room, I am a preferred guest member and have stayed at quite a few Sheraton hotels in a preferred guest room this was the worst, it was not up to the standard I would expect from the Sheraton Hotel group, very disaapointed.

It was near the airport. The room was small, there was no option catering to a family with 2 kids. Mirror in room was cracked. Hot water was nearly not available.

Location, breakfast, bed, room Breakfast room was rather dark. No free wifi in the room. In the lobby only for 30 minutes.

Nice Hotel, room good, very comfortable. Batteries in the tv remote were dead, had to be next to the tv to work. The shower drain was plugged. These are the minor details the hotel should check instead of waiting for the patrons to point them out. Didn't detract from the stay however.

location excellent for stopover and good relax between the trips we would prefer windows to open as fresh air is always welcome, not the aircon one. but windows are sealed.

On the airport grounds Wireless broadband should be provided for free as the room tarif is suffcient to cover this. Other hotels provide this facility for free. Alternativley should be an add-on to the room tarif per 24 hours and not per hour. Internet access is not expensive, you cannot justify your high charges.
