The staff was very friendly, the hotel itself was impressive, and the location was great for travel. Only complaint is they forgot to clean our room the second night which brought down our perspective of the service. There is a reason people pay good money for hotels is to have clean sheets, towels and a made bed! |

its proximity to airport and the design of the lobby and reception. Also the practicality of management who allowed us to leave a bag till we come back from france. Also good staff. Also the room was ready with a baby cot even though we did not ask for it as they knew am arriving with a one year old boy. the room was dusty and walls have wall paper...the room was not that clean to be honest...also the cleaning staff knocked on the door twice in the morning wanting to clean the room...maybe our mistake not to put 'do not disturb' but still found it annoying! |

If you need to be at the airport early, this is a possible place to stay (but there are others, almost just as convenient). One nice touch (one of the few) was an espresso machine on the floor. Really not anymore up to the level it claims to be: slow, inefficient check-in; no soap in bath room on arrival; broken garbage can; poor mattress. Internet is outrageously expensive ($ 27. per day) |

Very convenient for a short stay waiting for the flight as it has just a walkig distance to the departure/arrival all at Amsterdam Airport The room is very small, the shower space is too small, outdated, rate is too pricey compare to what you get. Stay away from this hotel. |

Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower did not work and the tv did not work until someone came to our room and worked with it. Also the room was hot and I had no way of controlling the temp. |

Location is superb, beautiful and modern rooms. The hotel is very noisy. Personel very formal and did not appear service minded. Breakfast extreme expensive (29 € !) Advise: You can have good and cheap breakfast at different spots at Shiphol Airport Plaza. (3 min. walk from hotel) |

Nice room service dinner. Forthcoming staff. Internet should be free/included when you pay 180 dollar for a room! Wireless internet is not a real expense for a hotel, and they should offer this to their client, especially being a business/conference hotel. I was very disappointed by this indeed. |

The Hotel was perfect for my wife and I just to stay the night and we had an early flight the next morning to the Caribbean and we had a lot of baggage. One thing we did not like was the fact that we wanted to use the front office safety deposit box but that was not possible at the time because there seemed to be some strange problem with the key(s) to the box and I really did not understand how that could have happened. Also we booked a Deluxe room with a double bed and this was not available when we checked in, instead we got a room with 2 single beds. |
