The location is very useful. Easy to get to the city and also to Keukenhof. The first bus 858 to Keukenhof departs at 08:00 from right outside the hotel. The hotel is connected to the Schiphol Plaza so food, trains are within very easy reach.

A bit expensive Hotel at such a location should definitely have free or at least inexpensive WIFI. 19EUR/24hrs is very expensive, if this is brought down to something like 6-7 EUR/24hrs, a lot more guests would use it and that may be a win/win for hotel and guests.

Location is very convenient and in general it's comfortable

Inside the airport and steps away from the train station so location is perfect for visiting the city during the day and catching an early morning flight. The trains run all day (night trains run once an hour) and can catch a train into Amsterdam every 10 minutes or so during the day.

- Everything costs extra (E.G. Wi-Fi) - No hair dryer, yet you get a bottle opener attached to the bathroom sink - You're paying for location. I stayed in rooms on this trip for half the price and many more amenities (wi-fi, breakfast, hair dryer)

I was stranded in schipol airport due to flight mix up, at 23:00 hrs nobody from schipol could assist me. I walked in off the concourse and asked for assistance. This was given without reservation or coersion to purchase a room for the night. After I used ther internet cafe to re- arrange my flight for the following morning. I booked a room and had a pleasant sleep over. My sincere thanks to the reception staff on the evening of 15th march who gave excellent service. A credit to their profession and a great asset to the Sheriton Hotel.

At 23:00 hrs I would have liked to have had the opportunity to have a complimentary cup of tea to re-settle after a harrassing episode with my travel. Unfortunately Sheriton have also taken the route to withdraw the complimentary tray. I believe this is a backward step in hospitality industry!!

Great personnel. Everything was ready and waiting for us at our arrival, as one would expect.

Everything was great the only thing we missed was a restaurant in the hotel or room services for dining.

This is the only hotel inside the airport complex even hilton is a stroll.all hotels offer shuttles which in winter isnt a great experience.hotel ranks high and priced accordingly

Breakfast in room offered not perfect value for money,minibar empty and replaced by vending machine which didnt work,staff couldnt help either.

The bed was awful to sleep in. And I hardly slept because it was to warm.

Super location. Especially during the winter months, there is no need to get out of the airport.

Food in Runway Cafe was not good. (Fish and Chips ordered, per menu) Chips were not chips. No Peas supplied as per menu. Batter and chips appeared to have been cooked in Oil which was not fresh or clean. Staff were friendly but reluctant to change item or complain to kitchen.

The location is perfect, inside the airport, only a few meters from the Plaza through the inside corridor of the airport.

The shower was leaking, poor water stream, after some minutes the water turned cold. The bed of the regular rooms are queen size ( I thought all hotels these days had king size beds? ), no in-room coffee facilities ( very good one in the floor hall, however, do you go there on your pj's? ). Toilet stained ( at a Sheraton, really? ). The Citizen m across the hall is better cost-benefit, but you must go through a short runway outside the airport.

Ons verblijf bij Sheraton was zeer goed te noemen.Wij waren op doorreis terug naar huis en hebben genoten van een bezoek aan Amsterdam.
