A prima vista entusiasta delal struttura e dell'accoglienza e del servizio mostrato all'arrivo comodissimo per la posizione all'interno dell'aeroporto l'aspetto negativo è che dopo una giornata intera in città abbiamo riscontrato che non ci era stata sistemata la camera (ne rifatto il letto e neppure il cambio asciugamani ) ma alle nostre rimostranze non vi èm stato alcun accenno di scuse da parte del personale dell'hotel . Non ci è stata proposta alcuna altra soluzione . deluso dallo staff .

very rigid on checking in at 3 in the afternoon. they struggled to find my spg number. they dont even have a basic kettle to make tea in the room. they charged city tax addnly which came as a surprise, i was sure i had booked it with a price inclusive of that.

My only concern was that breakfast was not included. I think that would influence my staying there again as I stayed at the Frankfurt Sheraton the week before and breakfast was included, for the same price. It may be a small thing but made such a difference.

Direct access to the airport. Nothing else about this hotel. Staff at the reception is very slow and unfriendly.Could not find my pre- paid reservation for 20 min, despite the fact that I showed it on my IPhone and did not even appologize after making me wait for so long. Room was old and shabby, hot water faucet and shower worked very bad.Wi- fi must be free!

Close proximity to the airport. I did not feel it was worth the money I paid for the room, I am a preferred guest member and have stayed at quite a few Sheraton hotels in a preferred guest room this was the worst, it was not up to the standard I would expect from the Sheraton Hotel group, very disaapointed.

Nice Hotel, room good, very comfortable. Batteries in the tv remote were dead, had to be next to the tv to work. The shower drain was plugged. These are the minor details the hotel should check instead of waiting for the patrons to point them out. Didn't detract from the stay however.

location excellent for stopover and good relax between the trips we would prefer windows to open as fresh air is always welcome, not the aircon one. but windows are sealed.
