L'appartement est vraiment bien situé, à deux pas de la gare ferroviaire d'Amsterdam (donc facile d'accès), à deux pas du "Red Light District". Le confort et l'équipement sont vraiment bien.

Super beliggenhed og kun moderat larm. Dejlig udsigt. God plads. Både badeværelse og separat toilet. Stor altan med havemøbler. Vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og opvaskemaskine. Gode senge. For lidt brugbart køkkenudstyr. Væg til væg gulvtæppe trænger til udskiftning. Meget snæver og stejl opgang. Ikke velegnet til ældre og små børn. Trappeopgang ikke særlig indbydende. Der var besvær I forhold til at betale for lejligheden. Først fik vi at vide, at vi skulle betale kontant, hvilket vi afviste, da der stod I papirerne, at vi kunne betale med kort. Dernæst fik vi at vide, at det ville være forbundet med et gebyr på 5%, hvis vi skulle betale med kort. Dette gebyr nægtede vi imidlertid at betale - med succes.

super Lage, schöne Wohnung, Amsterdam Feeling haben die Wohnung als zu teuer empfunden, sehr kompliziert in der Bezahlung (im ersten Moment war nur Barzahlung möglich), sehr enges Treppenhaus (3. Stock mit vier Koffern)
