Convenience to train station and central Amsterdam. The room was shockingly small with less than 3' between the beds and the side walls with no place to store luggage. |

Very central. Room was very small and very little natural light. For the price I paid, almost 700 Euro for four nights I expected tea and cofee facilities in the room. It was way over priced. Unless the price is reduced I would not recommend it! |

The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and attentive. Location is good. I was able to leave my luggage safely in the hotel both before checking in and after checking out. Bigger rooms with more facilities (e.g. tea, coffee etc.) are available elsewhere for a comparable price. |

Good location and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Both of our rooms were extremely small with no shelf space or storage space other than a small closet. Rooms were very disappointing considering that Frommers had described them as spacious. Rooms were very poor value for money. Maid service in our room was terrible (kept taking our used towels without replacing them) although my parents were on another floor and had a better maid. |

The staff was very helpful in offering advice about the area events and restaurants. They were helpful with anything that we needed. They supplied a baby cot free of charge. The hotel was very centrally located, walking distance from all major attractions, and just around the corner from Centraal Train Station. |

Hotel receptionist was very nice and helpful, bathroom was ok and beds very comfy.Free safe in the room we had a triple room which really was only a twin with a third bed added and there was not much space also needs air conditioning as room was quite warm at night and window could not be opened because third bed was right in front of windows. |
