The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and reasonably equipped. The breakfast was not very impressive and the breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests. They probably need one more person to staff the breakfast period. |

Well situated in the city centre close to railway & public transports, restaurants etc. The value for money is very poor. I paid € 125,- for a very small single room under the roof which needs urgent renovation/redecoration. Carpet wasn't very clean. Bed linnen was clean but should be replaced. Normally, I am paying more or less the same rate in the Mercure Hotel but what a difference in terms of service, room space & amenities offered. |

Disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff. Ottima e abbondante colazione. Posizione comoda al centro città e ai mezzi pubblici. |

Es hat eine nette Eingangshalle und liegt sehr zentral. Aber... Es war ok. Aber es gibt ein paar Punkte die auffallen und abweichen von der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber geputzt. Der Whirlpool funktioniert nur sehr eingeschränkt. Und das Haus hat keine wirklich ruhigen Zimmer da es an der Hauptstrasse liegt mit allen Zimmern. Da es viele junge Touristen gibt zahlt man im Vorfeld und das Personal ist nicht sehr hilfsbereit leider. Das hinterlässt einen komischen Nachgeschmack. Aber wenn man ein Hotel sucht zum Schlafen ist es total ok. Achtung Frühstück wird Punkt 10:00 abgeräumt und um 11h ist checkout. |

Een goed ontbijt. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer op de 4e verdieping was warm. De badkamer zag er niet helemaal netjes uit. |

комната после ремонта, комфортно, удобно. в холле 24 часа бесплатный чай и кофе. отремонтировать все комнаты- первая предложенная комната была очень шумной, со старой мебелью и со стеклянной дверью между комнатой и туалетом! |

sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal, zentrale Lage. Zimmer recht klein, aber in Amsterdam wohl auch anders nicht zu erwarten. Frühstücksbuffet sehr einfach. |

Era in posizione favorevole, lo staff molto gentile e le camere anche se un pò piccole sono comunque nuove compreso il bagno Alla consegna della camera, non era quella segnalata da me nella prenotazione ma siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione, colazione non molto vasta quindi con poche alternative per il palato degli italiani |

Nähe zum Bahnhof, gute moderne Einrichtung zu wenig Licht im Frühstücksraum, für Leute, die ruhig wohnen, werden die Zimmer zur Hauptstr. zu laut sein; wir sind Städter, uns hat es nichts gemacht |
