Location only

There was absolutely nothing that was worth the money spent but the location close to the Central Station. Hotel fittings and furniture, especially those in the room I stayed, were old and extremely basic. For sure, the value for money is indeed negative.

Good location. Basic but clean room. Hotel staff were polite and helpful.

Relaxed atmosphere

Disappointed to be charged for a night's extra stay when our flight was cancelled and we were unavoidably delayed. Lack of flexibility, perhaps.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast

Phone in room didn't work and it was a bit of a building site, but in fairness, work stopped at around 5pm

Comfortable beds. Decent sized room and bathroom. The bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower. The breakfasts were generous - you could go up time and time again to help yourself to cereals, slices of cheese, cold meats, bread etc. and drinks. They have a lift so no need to climb those steep dutch stairs.The location is very convenient.

It was a bit pricey for a 2 star hotel,although having said that I have stayed in loads of hotels in Amsterdam where the rooms were cheaper but pokey. Our key card didn't work a couple of times and one of the reception staff was very offhand when we told him that this was the second time it had happened and that we wanted it sorting out once and for all.

Era in posizione favorevole, lo staff molto gentile e le camere anche se un pò piccole sono comunque nuove compreso il bagno

Alla consegna della camera, non era quella segnalata da me nella prenotazione ma siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione, colazione non molto vasta quindi con poche alternative per il palato degli italiani

Удобное расположение относительно центра города, хороший вид из окна, но очень маленький номер.
