Very friendly staff who is there just when you need it and never when you don't, the hotel is situated just outside the city but next to major roads and busstop, it's a 15 minutes ride to Nijmegen city center on a bus that runs every 15 minutes, but you can also walk if you are not pressed in time and like it |

We were unable to get food throughout our entire stay; we were told that they were not opening the restaurant because they were too busy. When we booked we understood that the facilities included an on site restaurant. At no time was a manager on site, we had to discuss it over the phone, a small discount was given. This is not what we expect of a three star hotel. |

The staff was very pleasant; the facilities were clean; the location was lovely. Our phone did not work; our TV did not work; I never received a very important message I was to be given on arrival. There was no elevator, a fact that should be made prominent on your website (if I missed it, forgive me; however, I have a bad leg and was on crutches for some of the trip, so stairs were difficult!). |

The Hotel was easy to find and near the University which suited the purpose of the visit. The staff were helpful and polite.The room was spacious and very clean. The Grand Cafe does not offer any food in the evening which was disappointing so a trip into Nijmegen was required to find somewhere to eat. Nearby is a restaurant which provides quality dining but was a little too expense to eat their regularly. |

I liked the Wlan access. Unfortunatley it didn't work in the hotel rooms but just in the breakfast room. The rooms were good but the corridor needs some refurbishment! The staff should be able to speak English. |

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable It is slightly difficult to get to - from the train station you have to go to the Keizer Karel Plein and catch the No. 5 bus to the hotel. |

the staff very friendly with easy access to the citty clean and tidy :) the internet connection was bad in the room & the bath was too small , no nearby restrunts so be aware, the furnuture really needs updating! |

Beautiful surrounding. Easy access to both city and countryside. Hotel needs to be renovated, ref-inished and re-furnished. Furniture was rickety, carpets old and dirty and smelt like rotting wood and mildew. The building has a lot of history and obviously has a lot of history and charm, however, needs a little update and some tender loving care to restore it's lustre. Not good value for money. |

I liked forest around - I really enjoyed that near to You is nothing but threes-threes and threes...As a sport activities,perfect place to go walk or run ( what loads of people seems to be doing there day by day.) I wouldn't eat there more than breakfast , we ordered something during the day to eat and finally when it arrived all was could and good taste seems to be not chef's bright side .Eat'able but only when You are hungry. What actually is not big problem - because center is only 10min to drive/or 40 min to walk and there seems to be plenty of places to treat Yourself good. |

The stairs leading up to the bedrooms are quite steep especially when carrying a suitcase. Could put double glazing in as hotel is situated near a busy road into Nijmegen. |
