The room was excellent. The free wireless internet is a definite plus and excellent. IT was too far away from the Amsterdam Centrale station, though you can reach the hotel through bus. |

Not much really, it was very grim. OK when you were asleep with your eyes closed! Squalid, cramped, uncomfortable, noisy, overcrowded breakfast room, nasty part of town far from the city centre. |

The rooms for our group were cleaned every day and the towels changed also daily. Easy access to city centre on local transport. The rooms were basic and did miss the use of a kettle in th room. |

cheap hotel with lot of backpacking visitor who don't obey the non-smoking rules. Staff is friendly, rooms are not clean. Would stay there anymore |

It has really improved, overall, from years past. I liked the fact that it is no longer as noisey, and has become a non-smoking facility It is still not as clean as I would like. |

I'm very glad that I chose this hotel. It's very easy to get the buses and trams (just in front of the hotel) and run very frequent too. friendly and helpful hotel staff, clean rooms, free Wireless access, good breakast and really good value for money. I highly recommended travellers to stay in this hotel. |

Value for money, room is simple but clean. There was a plasma tv in my room, which was plus ( although I dont watch much tv). They should change the table & chair, these are not for a 3 star hotel, |

the receptionist guy with tie give to guests wrong information because he want to force to reserve taxi. from the hotel to my destination (congress and party rhone) he tell me and write to paper more times only by foot. while to go there i undestant that i can take bus 19 to the bus station and then 2 minutes by foot. i'm sorry but this is my experiece (sorry for my english language) |

Reception staff was flexible and good attitude. The location of the hotel was suitable to our needs. Majority of guests were highschool graduates and university freshmen. The room was not clean, the drawers were falling apart. No place to pack the cloths, so if you stay for 3 days, you have to live from your suitcase. Some tiles of the bathroom floor were broken, black coloured mildew in the corners. Breakfast was poor: very limited choice, crowded area. Overall: rather a nice youth-hostel than a 3star. |

Hotel Nieuw Slotania was far away from centre, but there is very good connection to the centre - by tram or bus around 20 min. Room was very clean! Excellent internet connection and tasty breakfast! Staff works very slowly in reception! Check-in is after 14:00, but if I had arrive after 15:00, my room wasn`t still ready! |
