Lots of other groups to chat to in the evening. The fact that the ceiling fell through in one of the rooms on the last night of our stay due to a fault with the air-con. |

My room was very comfortable, with a huge window looking out through the trees at an open square. Staff was responsive and very accommodating to my requests. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Trams and buses to the Centrum conveniently stopped right outside the hotel. I wish the "free wi-fi" had been working. |

There was nothing memorable about this stay which would make me stay again. In a bad area of town, surrounding area very grotty, wouldnt recommend this to anyone. the hotel is very out of date. Typically the only place this hotel have spent any money on is the reception. This is the first thing you see and is, ok, but out of reception into the rooms areas and it declines rapidly into a one star hotel only. |

The room was very comfortable. It had everything I wanted. The breakfast was excellent. And the tram and bus stop was just a few metres away, which helped! Security seemed a little lax; anyone could walk through the open front door and around the hotel premises, as staff kept a low profile. I noticed that the signature on my credit card was not checked when I used it to pay for the room. The smell of cigarette smoke which pervaded the hotel was a little annoying, although my room was perfectly clean. A "do not disturb" notice to place on the bedroom door would have saved the maid a lot of fruitless door-knocking, especially on my late-rising last morning! |

room wasnt clean, towels smelt, small bath-room. My room was in first floor, window to street - very noisy whole night. "Internet" means 3 old computers with connection, always occupated. |
