Last 2 nights when they turn up the heating it was nicer to sleep there. It was very cold in room because of the window that was letting air from outside going inside room. Same time heating was low so water in shower was... not hot enough. The head of the bed was devastated and was almost falling on the bed. We were also surprised with the number of people during breackfast, it was almost impossible to find sit :( |

good enough breakfast, relations with personnel. very good links to the city center by bus, even at night, despite of the far position. very good quality/price ratio. Room didn't seem so clean even when I've got in for the first time. I've stayed 5 nights there, and they changed bed blankets only for the 5th. |

We forgot a leather jacket in the room and check out. We came back for it in the evening after we check and would like to thank personnel for returning it. However personnel on reception was not really friendly rather indifferent. |

it's location in the city. A bus/tram stop in front of the hotel no parking facilities. Public parking risky. My car was damaged in the night. |

Overnight staff was first rate. Wi-fi non existent for rooms. No heat in rooms either. Supplied computers crashed constantly. |

Although single and double rooms were available the majority of guests were in multiple beded rooms and used by backpackers / youth groups travelling Europe. This should be stated in the notes for the hotel. Very noisy until late at night with other 'guests' refusing to keep quiet even after 3am in the morning. Not recommended for anyone over 25! |

Nothing, execpt that it was available on a short notice. The room I was put in had seepage from the window and the whole carpet was wet, when asked to change the room hotel staff informed we dont have any rooms and did not even helped me. They do not have a fixed internet in the room and the wireless connection is poorest, so be careful if you are booking this hotel with requirement of internet in the room. |

Nothing except I could park the car outside the hotel and the room was very clean. The noise, doors slamming late into the night. And the clientel seemed to bo only men which made me feel rather vunerable. |

The room was excellent. The free wireless internet is a definite plus and excellent. IT was too far away from the Amsterdam Centrale station, though you can reach the hotel through bus. |

Not much really, it was very grim. OK when you were asleep with your eyes closed! Squalid, cramped, uncomfortable, noisy, overcrowded breakfast room, nasty part of town far from the city centre. |

The rooms for our group were cleaned every day and the towels changed also daily. Easy access to city centre on local transport. The rooms were basic and did miss the use of a kettle in th room. |

It has really improved, overall, from years past. I liked the fact that it is no longer as noisey, and has become a non-smoking facility It is still not as clean as I would like. |

I'm very glad that I chose this hotel. It's very easy to get the buses and trams (just in front of the hotel) and run very frequent too. friendly and helpful hotel staff, clean rooms, free Wireless access, good breakast and really good value for money. I highly recommended travellers to stay in this hotel. |
