El The Convent està ubicat en un edifici històric del segle XIII, que antigament era un monestir. Aquest hotel, de 4 estrelles, ofereix una sauna i és a només 5 minuts a peu de la plaça del Dam. Les habitacions del The Convent Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery collection ofereixen TV per cable, minibar i una safata de benvinguda amb instal·lacions per preparar te i cafè. També inclouen aire condicionat i un escriptori. La parada de tramvia de Nieuwezijds Kolk és a només 120 m de l'hotel. L'estació central d'Amsterdam es troba a 550 m i ofereix connexions de tramvia, metro i autobús amb tota la ciutat. La Casa d'Anna Frank és a 10 minuts a peu. El bar Duke of Windsor ofereix una decoració inspirada en l'Orient Exprés i serveix una àmplia varietat d'aperitius lleugers i begudes. The rooms,staff,and the location just tops everything in Amsterdam.Been in Amsterdam about 20 times in various hotels but we like it best at the Convent.P.S. the bar is great.Cosy and trendy. Litle problem about the city tax.Thought I did pay online.But the girl in the lobby who was very nice explained it to me that I had not.Case closed.I thing she was right.

Large comfy bed, free use of reception internet and printer, central location, coffee shops very close by, very nice and helpful staff. 4 star service even when contacting the hotel prior to arrival The decor seemed outdated. The bathroom sink was cracked and stained.

The location of the Convent Hotel Amsterdam was perfect. Steps away from the tram, Dam Square, and other sites such as the Anne Frank Museum, as well as being very convenient to the train station. The staff was quite friendly and helpful during all of our interactions with them. The price, although not particularly cheap, was cheaper than hotels with a similarly ideal location. The room decor was dated as well as being close to in a state of disrepair. The sink had cracks and there were visible spots of mold above the shower. The rooms (at least the one we stayed in) are in major need of refurbishment.

The location is perfect, hotel staff is friendly, room was very spacious taking into account tiny rooms in Amsterdam. Breakfast is too expencive, but there are lots of nice cafe next to the hotel. I'd strongly recommend this hotel for staying.

The location and the friendly staff especially the staff at reception. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Breakfast was expensive.

The location of the hotel was perfect. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was not included in the room price. Also the room was a little bit small. The bathroom needs renovation.

Location was ideal near Centraal Station and within walking distance of multiple tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure I would agree with a four star rating for this hotel. The interior seemed a bit shabby compared to other four star hotels in Amsterdam. The bathroom was modern but not sparkling and new and wasn't as clean as I had expected.

We've reserved the luxury room. We saw it at picture and we liked it. But when we've came to the hotel, it was another room, little and with owfull smell. We asked to change it to another one, and they did. Another luxury room was better but smaller than it is on the picture.

We had a lovely stay at the convent hotel. We had a fantastic fifth floor room full of character with exposed beams and beautiful feature window. I would definately recommend this hotel! Breakfast wasn't included in the booking.com fee and was quite expensive per day

The Convent Hotel was a very warm and welcoming hotel. The hotel overall is very clean and the beds extremely comfortable so much so that i didnt like going home to my own bed.

The best things were the comfortable bed and especially the pillows. We also liked the cozy traditional atmosphere of the hotel. Bathroom fixtures were rather old and inconvenient.

Excellent hotel! From the minute we walked in the door they were very friendly and helpful - allowing us an early check-in - recommending resturants etc. The room was warm and stylish with plenty of space. The location is excellent 5 min walk from station and 3 min from main shops etc! Will return!!

The location is very close to city center and easy to access. The extra bed fee did not includes breakfast while in most hotels, if we add one extra bed, we get one more breakfast.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff are friendly and it makes me feel like a home away form home even when am there for a short period. An a la carte breakfast would be helpful rather than just the breakfast buffet at 23 Euro. Or maybe variations on the breakfast buffet pricing would be good, for example for just the continental side.

Location. Top breakfast(made me stay again in this hotel) The cleaning ladies always trying to bust in... One morning they called twice on our room phone to ask if we wanted our room cleaned... Obviously they have no respect for client's privacy and leisure Woken up by drilling noise at 9 AM... Receptionist found this normal, although nobody had informed us before, but the hotel manager was really nice and professional
