Central location and easy access to major tram linies which is an easy way to get around town if you do not rent a bike (which is the best way!). |

The room is way too small for 4 stars, the sound proof is poor and the wall view makes it rather 2-3 stars hotel. |

The room was extremely spacious even for an American type hotel room. Very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. My room overlooked a street with a trolley, which was somewhat loud. |

Centralized location. Many of the local attractions are within walking distance and, if not, the bus pick-up is very close. The beds were extremely comfortable! The staff were very nice and helpful. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but smoking was allowed in the halls. Rather pointless considering every time someone was smoking near our room, the entire room would smell all day. The breakfast cost is way too much for what you get. I wouldn't spend that much on a decent dinner. |

Hotel was very central, perfect location, just a short walk from central station. Comfiest bed ever, ask for king size. Liked the bar for a quiet drink after sightseeing all day, all staff were friendly. Didnt eat in hotel, breakfast overpriced, plenty other options very close by |

Rooms are not big but are modern, clean & very comfortable. Location is fantastic - literally 2min walk to Dam Square. I would recommend this hotel to any visitors to Amsterdam. Staff are also excellent. Price of breakfast is crazy ! You can get a fabulous freshly cooked Full Irish or English breakfast only 2min walk away for Eur 9.50 - the hotel are charging Eur 22. |
