部屋はほこりっぽく、騒音がうるさかったです。また、フロントデスクのスタッフの話し方が早口でお客様に合わせた対応とは言えなかった！！ 予約時にWebサイトで見たお部屋とは違い、非常に狭く、ダブルベッドも小さかった。息苦しい部屋なので、少し改装すべきだと思う！ |

Location of Hotel was ideal as it is very very close to Dam Square. Also room is clean and bids are very comfortable. There are two lefts / elevators at the hotel which in my view are not sufficient as we some time had to wait more than 10 minutes to get it when one was out of service. TV should have Varieties of channels (i.e to add Asian / Middle East Channels). |

Staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful and the location was convenient for everything Despite the high price breakfast was not included - however there were plenty of places to eat nearby |
