駅やダム広場からも徒歩圏内で非常に便利。ホテルのすぐ前にトラムの駅もありどこへ行くにも便利です。部屋- はスタンダードツインに泊まりましたが少し狭い感じですがトランクは開くことができる程度。バスタブは快適- 。エレベーターは広くて便利。ホテルスタッフはてきぱき働いている感じで要望は何でも聞いてくれます。朝食- は高かったので近くのカフェで取りました。ホテル周辺にたくさんカフェがあります。 部屋が少し狭かった点。 |

こちらの語学力も不足でしたがもう少しスタッフの発音がよければ英語も通じやすかったかと残念に思いました- 。でも場所も駅に近く結構便利な場所でスタッフも親切でアットホームな感じがしました。 部屋のにおい（香水？）が日本人の私には最初気になりました。 |

ロケーションは最高。どこにいくにも徒歩圏内で便利だった。残念なのは、ロビーで両替を頼んだら、金額が多- すぎると半額しかしてもらえなかったこと。 2連泊と3連泊したが、後半はバスタブの水が日に日に流れにくくなってきていた。流れないわけではないし、- お湯もたっぷりでるのだがその辺が不満。 |

どのスタッフも笑顔でサービスがすばらしかった。またトラムの駅の前なので観光にも駅まで行くにもとても便- 利。部屋も清潔でクーラーや冷蔵庫などもついていてとても満足している。素敵なホテルに泊まれてよかったで- す。 ありません。 |

The staff were very helpful and helped me organise flowers and champagne for my partners birthday on arrival. The rooms were nice and large, if somewhat a bit basic. Over all, this is a noce hotel and very well placed to explore the city of Amsterdam. |

The staff was excellent - very warm welcome , friendly and helpful.( Rob was a great help ). The hotel itself is of high standard.. The room was very comfortable, a good size, and very clean & tidy. Maybe the bathroom needed a little modernization. Other than that it was very clean. |

The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the Dam. Opposite the hotel was a tram stop which was easy to jump on and off. The hotel staff were very friendly. The beds are amazing!!! Extreme comfort! |

Close to railway station and main sightseeing objects, clean number We paied the city tax twice - the receptionist took cash when we checked-out (hotel was prepaid and city-tax wasn't included), and after that in a couple of days city tax was charged from our creditcard again. The small mistake of the hotel. |

Everything was perfect. The hotel was 3-4 blocks from the train station which we used to get to the airport. It was in a great location, room clean, it was actually better than expected and nicely decorated. |

We arrived at approx 10.00 in the morning not expecting to have access to our rooms (3 rooms) until later in the day. Not only were the reception staff were extremely friendly but they said our rooms were ready immediately. They gave us a map and ran through a potted history and guided tour of Amsterdam which was most helpful. They said not to hesitate if we had any questions. The room was very comfortable as was the temperature of our room. We also liked the hotel bar - very cosy. No safe in the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. |

I liked staff at the reception, as well as all other people working in this hotel. I suppose, breakfast for 22 euros is too poor as for choice of meal. I would not recommend to take it. At the same time there are several different special breakfast offers more reasonable in price. |

I stayed here before as the sovitoil and I had a nicer room at that time. My bed was lumpy in room 517. I believe a new matress is needed. Yes. The mattress, but I did not complain at the time ,since I was only there for 2 days. I come to amsterdam every year for business, and like the location of the hotel. |

Great location and very pleasant staff. Well maintained lobby, hallways, and rooms. Beds very comfy, TV very wide selection, and bathroom large and neat. Nice that they have free internet service. Would have liked a safe. |
