こちらの語学力も不足でしたがもう少しスタッフの発音がよければ英語も通じやすかったかと残念に思いました- 。でも場所も駅に近く結構便利な場所でスタッフも親切でアットホームな感じがしました。

部屋のにおい（香水？）が日本人の私には最初気になりました。

どのスタッフも笑顔でサービスがすばらしかった。またトラムの駅の前なので観光にも駅まで行くにもとても便- 利。部屋も清潔でクーラーや冷蔵庫などもついていてとても満足している。素敵なホテルに泊まれてよかったで- す。

The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the Dam. Opposite the hotel was a tram stop which was easy to jump on and off. The hotel staff were very friendly. The beds are amazing!!! Extreme comfort!

Close to railway station and main sightseeing objects, clean number

We paied the city tax twice - the receptionist took cash when we checked-out (hotel was prepaid and city-tax wasn't included), and after that in a couple of days city tax was charged from our creditcard again. The small mistake of the hotel.

I really liked staff's readiness to help. Everything was perfect and i have no complaints

We arrived at approx 10.00 in the morning not expecting to have access to our rooms (3 rooms) until later in the day. Not only were the reception staff were extremely friendly but they said our rooms were ready immediately. They gave us a map and ran through a potted history and guided tour of Amsterdam which was most helpful. They said not to hesitate if we had any questions. The room was very comfortable as was the temperature of our room. We also liked the hotel bar - very cosy.

No safe in the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard.

I liked staff at the reception, as well as all other people working in this hotel.

I suppose, breakfast for 22 euros is too poor as for choice of meal. I would not recommend to take it. At the same time there are several different special breakfast offers more reasonable in price.

Location is good, city trams is just in front of the hotel. Have to use the room card to access hotel elevator which is more secure.

The featherbeds were amazing. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the station. Since we took the train out of the city to visit family and friends but also wanted to spend some time at the museums the location was perfect. The hotel itself was clean the bed exceptionally nice and the room pretty spacious for a hotel in Amsterdam.

The room was ready for check-in at 1000 hrs. The bedding was super comfortable, we could have stayed in bed all day but there was so much to see and to.

hotel is close to train station & walking distance to most of shopping districts. hotel staff are very friendly & helpful, & the room is very cosy, bed is good!!

Great location in the heart of the city. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on the food but the room was clean and comfortable if a little on the small side. The staff were very helpful and friendly and overall I would definately recommend this hotel.
