Personalken var trevliga och profsiga. Alla gemensamma områderna (lobby mm) var varma och trevliga. Hotellets restaurang är toppen. Det märks att hotellet bytt ägare rumen var väldigt slitna. Hoppas det blir bättre. |

Hotellet var perfekt, vi var 8 st som bodde där med 6 singelrum och ett dubbelrum.Jättefina rum med stora härliga sängar. Jättebra läge nära till allt. Vi var alla överens om att här skulle vi gärna bo igen. Om något negativt ska sägas så var det dom som hade fönstret mot vägen. Det var någon lastkaj som backande lastbilar kom tutande ganska tidigt på morgonen |

The staff were very helpful and helped me organise flowers and champagne for my partners birthday on arrival. The rooms were nice and large, if somewhat a bit basic. Over all, this is a noce hotel and very well placed to explore the city of Amsterdam. |

By Amsterdam standards this is a very good hotel for the price in a good location less than 5 min from dam square. |

The staff was excellent - very warm welcome , friendly and helpful.( Rob was a great help ). The hotel itself is of high standard.. The room was very comfortable, a good size, and very clean & tidy. Maybe the bathroom needed a little modernization. Other than that it was very clean. |

Excellent accommodation, value for money and great location. Breakfast too expensive especially when you can find many cheaper places within a short walk. |

The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the Dam. Opposite the hotel was a tram stop which was easy to jump on and off. The hotel staff were very friendly. The beds are amazing!!! Extreme comfort! |

Close to railway station and main sightseeing objects, clean number We paied the city tax twice - the receptionist took cash when we checked-out (hotel was prepaid and city-tax wasn't included), and after that in a couple of days city tax was charged from our creditcard again. The small mistake of the hotel. |

Everything was perfect. The hotel was 3-4 blocks from the train station which we used to get to the airport. It was in a great location, room clean, it was actually better than expected and nicely decorated. |

We arrived at approx 10.00 in the morning not expecting to have access to our rooms (3 rooms) until later in the day. Not only were the reception staff were extremely friendly but they said our rooms were ready immediately. They gave us a map and ran through a potted history and guided tour of Amsterdam which was most helpful. They said not to hesitate if we had any questions. The room was very comfortable as was the temperature of our room. We also liked the hotel bar - very cosy. No safe in the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. |

I liked staff at the reception, as well as all other people working in this hotel. I suppose, breakfast for 22 euros is too poor as for choice of meal. I would not recommend to take it. At the same time there are several different special breakfast offers more reasonable in price. |

I stayed here before as the sovitoil and I had a nicer room at that time. My bed was lumpy in room 517. I believe a new matress is needed. Yes. The mattress, but I did not complain at the time ,since I was only there for 2 days. I come to amsterdam every year for business, and like the location of the hotel. |

Great location and very pleasant staff. Well maintained lobby, hallways, and rooms. Beds very comfy, TV very wide selection, and bathroom large and neat. Nice that they have free internet service. Would have liked a safe. |

Location is good, city trams is just in front of the hotel. Have to use the room card to access hotel elevator which is more secure. |

The featherbeds were amazing. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the station. Since we took the train out of the city to visit family and friends but also wanted to spend some time at the museums the location was perfect. The hotel itself was clean the bed exceptionally nice and the room pretty spacious for a hotel in Amsterdam. |
