Comfortable bed.

Hotel was overpriced. I would avoid this hotel if it prices at more than 120 Euro/night. It is also under construction (Nov 2008) with jackhammers outside my window forcing me out of my room at 0730. The rooms are small and parking is quite far away.

Excellent value for money, Convenient location, Free internet, cosy room. It is certainly one of the best hotels in den haag.

The corridor had smell of food as other occupants placed their consumed food outside their rooms

The warm & attractive decor. Looks lovely.I Had recommended it to 2 friends & they too booked at the same hotel

It was being renovated extensively. It was difficult to find how to get into the entrance (small signs from the train station) It was acknowledged that the hotel had tried to make it look nice, by putting chandeliers & mirrors in the workshed that formed part of the entrance. Some of this at first seemed laughable - at least it showed the hotel had tried to be welcoming in difficult circumstances

Central location next to the Central Train Station. Spacious and well designed room overlooking the park with amentities to include robes and a coffee/tea pot. Excellent breakfast buffet. Courteous and helpful staff.

Great interior and room design. Pleasantly surprised by quality of breakfast.

Exterior of the hotel is constantly under construction and entrance is consequently a bit shoddy.

We ordered a double room but the bed was tiny, the bathroom was not clean and had to be re-cleaned, my 11 year old son got stuck in the elevator, the temperature in the breakfast area was artic one morning,. The second morning the items on the breakfast buffet were not filled up and the quality of the food was poor, There are lots of building sites around the hotel, so it is very very noisy.

it is adjacent to the central station with direct connection to the airport, connections to the local public transport system are very convenient

the hotel is in a rebuilding situation. the outside is very bad. There was no parking close to the hotel and the solution that was offered in a parking garage is inconvenient and expensive
