“ Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. ”

Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. Not enough hot water in the morning when most business people were showering to leave for the day. Also, they offer wifi but unless you pay extra, it is a very slow download.

Stylish design Hi-tech gadgets in the rooms Amazing swimming pool with spa features Open Air area with Sauna and spa Good access from the main road Very stylish gourmet restaurant (but be prepared for extremely small portions and fairly high bill). The stairs to some rooms are really steep and narrow The attic rooms are very stylish, but the rain makes the noise strong enough to keep you awake The sliced cheese in the expensive breakfast buffet was dry in the corners as if it stayed here from the day before. The staff in the restaurant has sometimes strange service priorities. Hotel is located right in the busy intersection of two freeways, city access road and tram; it takes toll on noise.

Atmosfeer van het hotel is fijn, Spa/wellness is klein, maar leuk Ontbijt, redelijk prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Jammer dat er wat wellness ruimte niet beschikbaar waren, was niet gemeld met de boeking en daarvoor hadden wij dit hotel geboekt. Het parkeren moest apart betaald worden en vind, dat dit gezien de 5 sterren van het hotel niet kan, hoort bij de prijs inbegrepen te zijn.

Très facile d'accès une fois que vous y êtes allé sinon très mal indiqué. Endroit agréable et spa / détente qui offre l'avantage d'être ouvert de 7 à 23h. Prix démocratique pour chambre / déjeuner / spa. Je m'attend à plus de propreté et de classe pour un 5 étoiles. Le prix du déjeuner est surfait par rapport aux choix mais l'accès au spa es compris dans le prix de la chambre ce qui compense.

Le rapport qualité-prix est incomparable. Après une journée de travail, c'est agréable d'avoir accès à l'espace relax(piscine, sauna, hammam ---) et c'est ouvert jusqu'à 23h! Leur petit déjeuner est trop pauvre pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. A part le jus d'orange frais, le reste était comme de la formule1.

Het bed: eindelijk een hotelbed van uitstekende kwaliteit met beddengoed van natuurlijke grondstoffen dus niet te warm zoals vaak voorkomt. Verder een uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt! De wachtrij bij het uitchecken op zondagochtend.

Sehr freundliche, kompetente Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, modernes, luxuriöses Zimmer, kleiner aber sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Pool, kleine Bar mit gemütlicher Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist mit 19,50 Euro pro Person ziemlich teuer. Auch die Parkgebühren von 12,50 Euro für einen Aussenstellplatz sind hoch.

Vriendelijkheid personeel, mooie kamer, mooie gebruikte materialen. Luxe. Heerlijk bed!! We waren wat laat aan het ontbijt toen waren er geen echte broodjes meer. Er werd wel een lekker eitje voor ons gebakken. Smaakte prima. Vonden het ontbijt alleen niet echt € 19,50 waard.

Very nice room, relaxing spa, excellent breakfast! Location is ok for short break, for longer holidays not advisable (in the middle of office buildings). Very near to city center of Delft.

The Spa was excellent Room was not cleasned when I checked in (incidental) Not very well indicated upon arival by car (more signs?) tv in bed's end was not convenient. Not able to watch when not in bed.
