Room: large bedroom, nice view on the pond and birds. Location: green environment. Breakfast: good choice, nice staff. Price: special price worthed it. Staff: reception not that fast for check-in & out, don't be late. Location: far from restaurants and so on (room service available though). |

We enjoyed the Beauty Centre but it was stressed that this was not part of the hotel, it was separate. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Most of the staff were excellent. The Hotel advertised that they provided bicycles and we were counting on this. Not only did they NOT provide bicycles, but the nearby water sport centre (where some staff assured us we could get bicycles) no longer had any. In addition, the swimming pool was a major attraction for us, we chose this hotel for its swimming and bicycling promises and its location. |

The surroundings are beautiful. Nice walks. Buffet breakfast was great. Big swimming pool for a hotel. Steam room and sauna were excellent. The room was dirty - Stains on the bed covers and the carpet. I asked to change room, and they moved me without any problem. However the room I was moved to also had carpet stains - they explained this, as a problem caused by the cleaning company spilling bleach. Overall the hotel is nice, but it is very poorly maintained, and cleaned. is a very poor standard. |

The location was very nice - peaceful and serene. For young children, the balcony was very dangerous as the barricade was quite low and overlooking a lake via a sloping roof. Keep an eye on your children in these rooms. Upon checking out, there was a problem with the credit card machine and a long delay in processing check outs. The receptionist knew there was a problem earlier in the morning as she stated directly to me, but did not proactively solve it until there were 3 parties at the desk trying to check out at once. |

i will love to stay for long time in said this sweet hotel and i will do run in parck out than any sport in the hotel onlybecuse i like this hotel tooooo much no realy,,im not see any thing normal or bad in this hotel all thing was excellent |

Fantastic staff (we meet at least 10 workers in the 4 days, and all smile the same way...), warm enough swimming pool, big sauna, comfortable and silent room, good restaurant and beautiful nature around, seems to be the best choice around Beverwijk - Haarlem. |

We stayed at the hotel so we could travel into Amsterdam. Had the weather been nicer, I am sure we would have enjoyed the natural surroundings much more. The hotel was difficult to find. The lights in the room did not work when we arrived and there were no hangers in the closet - the staff took care oflooked after this in time. On check out we discovered that the minibar had been used by some previous patrons (half drank cokes) and was not cleaned. Not sure the staff believed that it was not us that had used it but they did not charge us. |

Excellent hotel where to stay after the visiting of Amsterdam. Proximate P+R ~ 20 min by car. Peacefull and amazing surroundings. Sauna and swimming pool after the long day were the best! Interior is atractive, too. |

Voldoende op ontbijtbuffet; Naast Te midden van aangelegde Natuur De omgeving nodigd uit op een fikse wandeling Er kan niet gezegd worden ontevreden.Alleen de ontvangst hall oogde wat rommelig of was het het voltapijt naar de slaapkamers die al deels versleten was?. |

Nous avons apprécié la grande surface des chambres, ainsi que le fait qu'une personne assure l'accueil la nuit. Propreté douteuse de la moquette des chambres. Qualité moyenne du service (mais variable selon les personnes de l'établissement). Chambre bruyante, si fenêtre ouverte (proximité de l'autoroute). Problème de parking, qui ne correspond pas aux informations que vous communiquez. |
