Hostess was very helpful. The breakfasts were surprisingly good with eggs/bacon cooked by the owner. Guests should know the hotel is at the top of a steep climb of stairs on the second floor. |

Good breakfast, comfortable, clean and pleasant room, friendly staff (owners), would recommend this for value. Well-located close to tram lines so easy to get to the centre of town. Very steep stairs...but characteristic of Dutch apartments/houses so all part of the experience! |

It is a very nice run family hotel. The owner are very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortables. The breakfast very good. If I go back to The Hague I would book a room in this hotel. |

Proximity to the congress centre and restaurants. The heating in the room was not functioning well. It felt really cold inside the room. |

Nice place, great reception for a small family owned place. This was much more of a nice bed and breakfast than any old 2 star hotel. The floors are a bit squeaky, no biggie to me. And yeah, there's no elevator, but the other complaints about the stairs are off base in my opinion. They have average European stairs, they're not small by EU standards (all EU stairs are small by say US standards though, but that's not a reflection of this hotel in particular). |

Staff appearance and attitude. A room on the top floor under the roof was very noisy just because of rain. |

The staff was very nice and dedicated. The breakfeast buffet was simple but really good. My room was not excellent (small, without hairdrier or fridge, without toilets which were just outside the room - but I had no choice it was the last free room I could book) but it was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was a good compromise for the price (54 euros). The stairs to reach the reception and the rooms are narrow and not practical to use with several bags. |

Nothing special, maybe the dog of the owner...never again. One of the worst experience I ever met in this class of hotels over the Europe Mixed furniture and lack of space in the room |
