nice room and helpful staffs

Very nice and clean hotel/hostel at the river.

Smile and friendliness of reception lady and really genuine help and advice from a gentleman at the reception who also offered us a tea and breakfast and 5.30 in the morning.

Layout of facilities. My dorm had six beds with wash basin, toilet and shower in the room. This meant that early risers disturbed late sleepers and queues for toilet and shower are likely. Separate - larger communal shower rooms - would be better. Poor lighting, especially in the main part of the room. Clapping was recommended as the way to get the light to go on! And that in a room with five other occupants.

The hostel has the most friendly staff on earth! And it is very close to the airport as well. The Breakfast is nice and above the average of budget-friendly places. I would definitely recommend the this hostel.

It's clean and modern. I asked to take away my breakfast and when i was leaving in the next morning, the breakfast was already in the bag and there was fruit and drink too!

There was no sheet. A little bit far away but it's ok.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended considering its price and great location with nice breakfast.

TV & Music was on a bit loud, at times! Bunk bed was a bit high up!

Was a nice place to stay. As a hostel-level, very clean. The bar and living room was quite comfortable which with huge glas window against the Maars river! Super beautiful view, (was snowing when we were there, very quiet and comfortable to sit on the sofa with a hot tea, enjoying the nice moment) Location was fantastic! Breakfast was also good! We met nice roommates from Taiwan. In a word, good choice!

Just a little bit cold while sleeping, maybe the heating does't work well because we were in the corner room.

Basic and clean for a very good price which included BF. It takes about 5 minutes to reach the old city center.

The decoration, and cleaness. The breakfast was very complete.

Everything was excellent.The staff is very helpful always, the rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast was definitely worth paying for.The location is perfect, you are very close to the centre of Maastricht.One of the best hostels in Maastricht.

Loved the friendly reception, full run-down on what was included during our stay. Breakfast included in the very good price. Rooms were sufficiently spacious, clean and new. Very hard to fault this place - theres even a bar and restaurant downstairs.

The only (tiny) thing that we didn't like was the push-button shower. Obviously they're being saving water and being environmentally friendly but its very frustrating.

Walking distance to the city centre and reasonably priced car park nearby. Very good breakfast.

Plastic covers of mattresses and pillows make the beds a bit uncomfortable.

It location to the motor way and yet so close to the city was excellent. The all day parking right beside the hostel. It is about a 5 minute walk into town.
